Claims (1)
- 초임계 유체를 이용하여 참깨로부터 참깨 추출물을 추출하는 단계; 및
상기 초임계 유체 및 상기 참깨 추출물의 혼합물로부터 상기 초임계 유체를
분리하는 단계; 를 포함하며,
상기 추출 단계는 S/F 배율 0 초과 내지 10에서 수행되고, 상기 추출물의 산가를 4.0 이하로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 참기름의 제조방법.
