Claims (10)
- Cu: 61.5mass% 이상 64.5mass% 이하, Pb: 0.6mass% 이상 2.0mass% 이하, Sn: 0.55mass% 이상 1.0mass% 이하, Sb: 0.02mass% 이상 0.08mass% 이하, Ni: 0.02mass% 이상 0.10mass% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지며,
Cu의 함유량을 [Cu]mass%, Pb의 함유량을 [Pb]mass%, Sn의 함유량을 [Sn]mass%, Sb의 함유량을 [Sb]mass%, Ni의 함유량을 [Ni]mass%로 한 경우에,
60.5≤[Cu]+0.5×[Pb]-2×[Sn]-2×[Sb]+[Ni]≤64.0,
0.03≤[Sb]/[Sn]≤0.12,
0.3≤[Ni]/[Sb]≤3.5를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - Cu: 62.0mass% 이상 64.0mass% 이하, Pb: 0.7mass% 이상 2.0mass% 이하, Sn: 0.60mass% 이상 0.95mass% 이하, Sb: 0.03mass% 이상 0.07mass% 이하, Ni: 0.025mass% 이상 0.095mass% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지며,
Cu의 함유량을 [Cu]mass%, Pb의 함유량을 [Pb]mass%, Sn의 함유량을 [Sn]mass%, Sb의 함유량을 [Sb]mass%, Ni의 함유량을 [Ni]mass%로 한 경우에,
60.7≤[Cu]+0.5×[Pb]-2×[Sn]-2×[Sb]+[Ni]≤63.6,
0.035≤[Sb]/[Sn]≤0.10,
0.4≤[Ni]/[Sb]≤3.5를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
금속 조직이 α상 매트릭스이고, Pb 입자를 포함하며, β상의 면적률과 γ상의 면적률의 합계의 면적률이 0% 이상, 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 조직이 α상 매트릭스이고, Pb 입자를 포함하며, β상 또는 γ상의 각각의 장변의 길이가 100μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 조직이 α상 매트릭스이고, Pb 입자를 포함하며, Pb 입자의 평균 입경이 0.2μm 이상, 3μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 조직이 α상 매트릭스이고, Pb 입자를 포함하며, Pb 입자의 분포가 0.002개/100μm2이상, 0.06개/100μm2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 조직이 α상 매트릭스이고, Pb 입자를 포함하며, Pb 입자의 평균 입경이 0.2μm 이상, 3μm 이하이고, 또한 Pb 입자의 분포가 0.002개/100μm2이상, 0.06개/100μm2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수도용 기구로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 황동 합금 열간 가공품을 제조하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품의 제조 방법으로서,
670℃ 이상 820℃ 이하의 온도에서 열간 가공하고, 620℃에서 450℃까지의 온도 영역을, 200℃/분 이하의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품의 제조 방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 열간 가공 후에, 470℃ 이상 560℃ 이하의 온도에서, 1분 이상 8시간 이하로 유지하는 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황동 합금 열간 가공품의 제조 방법.
