Abstract
본 발명의 과제는 암 면역 증강 작용을 갖는 신규한 유효 성분을 포함하는 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료를 목적으로 하는 약제를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1 안타고니스트는 암 면역 증강 작용을 가지고 있어, 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료를 위해 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 종양 면역 치료약에 의한 치료 효과가 충분하지 않은 암 환자를 대상으로 하는 치료, 혹은 항암제와의 병용에 의한 암 치료에 유용하다.
Description
본 발명은 Allergin-1 안타고니스트를 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 암 면역 증강제에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는, 본 발명은 Allergin-1 안타고니스트 단독 혹은 항암제와의 병용 투여를 특징으로 하는 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료제에 관한 것이다.
암 면역 요법이란, 외과적 수술, 방사선 요법, 항암제나 분자 표적약에 의한 약물 요법 등의 종래의 치료법과 다르게, 암 환자 자신에게 원래 갖춰져 있는 면역 감시 기구에 작용하여, 암에 대한 면역력을 강화함으로써, 암의 진행을 억제 내지 치료하는 요법이다. 최근의 암 면역 연구에 의해, 암의 진전에는 암 국소를 중심으로 한 면역 억제 환경이 관계되어 있고, 암 자신이 면역 감시 기구를 회피하는 시스템을 이용하고 있는 것이 알려지게 되었다. 그와 같은 회피 시스템에 이용되는 분자로서, CTLA-4나 PD-1 혹은 그 리간드인 PD-L1 등의 소위, 면역 체크 포인트 분자군이 알려져 있는데(특허문헌 1 및 2), 이미, 이들의 저해약이 임상에 있어서 매우 현저한 성과를 올리고 있다.
그러나, 여전히, 이들 면역 체크 포인트 저해약에 의해서도 충분한 치료 효과가 보이지 않는 암 환자가 존재하고 있는 것은 사실이고, 이들 암 환자에 대한 새로운 치료법이나 그 확립에 빠뜨릴 수 없는 표적 분자의 기능 해명이 급무이다.
그런데, 본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1은, 그 세포내 영역에 ITIM 도메인을 가지고, 세포 밖에는 이뮤노글로불린 유사 구조를 갖는 막형 수용체이며, 비만 세포에서 강하게 발현하는 분자이다. 동분자의 유전자 결손 마우스를 이용한 해석으로부터, IgE 수용체의 시그널을 통한 탈과립을 억제함으로써 아나필락시스를 억제하고, 진드기 항원에 의해 유발되는 천식 반응을 억제하는 등, 알레르기 반응을 억제하는 분자로서 기능하는 것이 알려져 있다(비특허문헌 1, 2 및 3).
그러나, 동분자가 암 면역을 억제하는 기능을 갖는 것은 지금까지 충분히 알려져 있지 않다.

본 발명의 목적은 암 면역 증강 작용을 갖는 신규한 유효 성분을 포함하는 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료제를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 발명자들은 예의 검토한 결과, Allergin-1에 대한 안타고니스트가 상기 과제를 해결하는 것을 발견하여, 본 발명을 완성하였다.

여기서, 니볼루맙은 WO2006/121168에 기재된 방법에 준하여 제조할 수 있고, 펨브롤리주맙은 WO2008/156712에 기재된 방법에 준하여 제조할 수 있고, BMS-936559는 WO2007/005874에 기재된 방법에 준하여 제조할 수 있고, 이필리무맙은 WO2001/014424에 기재된 방법에 준하여 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1 안타고니스트는 통상, 전신적 또는 국소적으로, 비경구의 형태로 투여한다. 그 투여량은 연령, 체중, 증상, 치료 효과, 투여 방법, 처리 시간 등에 따라 상이하지만, 통상, 성인 1인당, 1회에 대해, 0.1 ㎍/kg 내지 300 ㎎/㎏의 범위에서, 특히 바람직하게는 0.1 ㎎/㎏ 내지 10 ㎎/㎏의 범위에서, 1일 1회 내지 수회 비경구 투여되거나, 또는 1일 1시간 내지 24시간의 범위에서 정맥 내에 지속 투여된다. 물론 상기한 바와 같이, 투여량은 여러 가지 조건에 의해 변동하기 때문에, 상기 투여량보다 적은 양으로 충분한 경우도 있고, 또한 범위를 넘어서 투여가 필요한 경우도 있다.
본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1 안타고니스트는 (1) 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료 효과의 증강을 위해, (2) 조합하여 사용되는 다른 약제의 투여량의 저감 및/또는 (3) 조합하여 사용되는 다른 약제의 부작용의 경감을 위해, 상기 암의 치료 목적으로 사용되는 1종 이상의 다른 약제(주로, 항암제)와 함께 조합하여 사용하여도 좋다. Allergin-1 안타고니스트와 다른 약제를 따로따로 투여하는 경우에는, Allergin-1 안타고니스트를 먼저 투여하고, 그 투여 후에 다른 약제를 투여하여도 좋고, 다른 약제를 먼저 투여하고, Allergin-1 안타고니스트를 후에 투여하여도 좋고, 또한, 상기 투여에 있어서, 일정 기간, 양 약제가 동시에 투여되는 기간이 있어도 좋다. 또한, 각각의 약제의 투여 방법은 동일하여도 상이하여도 좋다. 약제의 성질에 따라, Allergin-1 안타고니스트를 포함하는 제제와 다른 약제를 포함하는 제제의 키트로서 제공할 수도 있다. 여기서, 다른 약제의 투여량은 임상상 이용되고 있는 용량을 기준으로 하여 적절하게 선택할 수 있다. 또한, 다른 약제는 임의의 2종 이상을 적절한 비율로 조합하여 투여하여도 좋다. 또한, 상기 다른 약제에는 현재까지 발견되어 있는 것뿐만 아니라 금후 발견되는 것도 포함된다.
다른 약제의 주된 일례로서 들 수 있는 항암제로서는, 예컨대, 상기한 항암제를 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1 안타고니스트는 주사제 또는 점적을 위한 수액으로서 제제화되어 이용된다. 주사제 또는 수액은 수용액, 현탁액 또는 유탁액 중 어느 형태여도 좋고, 또한 사용 시에 용제를 부가함으로써, 용해, 현탁 또는 유탁하여 사용되도록 고형제로서 제제화되어 있어도 좋다. 주사제 또는 점적을 위한 수액에 사용되는 용제로서, 예컨대, 주사용 증류수, 생리 식염수, 포도당 용액 및 등장액(예컨대, 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 글리세린, 만니톨, 소르비톨, 붕산, 붕사, 프로필렌글리콜 등의 용액) 등을 이용할 수 있다.
여기서, 주사제 또는 점적을 위한 수액, 혹은 사용 시에 용제를 부가함으로써, 용해, 현탁 또는 유탁하여 사용되는 것 같은 고형제에 사용되는 약학적으로 허용할 수 있는 담체로서는, 예컨대, 안정제, 용해 보조제, 현탁화제, 유화제, 무통화제, 완충제, 보존제, 방부제, pH 조정제 및 항산화제 등을 들 수 있다. 안정제로서는, 예컨대, 각종 아미노산, 알부민, 글로불린, 젤라틴, 만니톨, 글루코오스, 덱스트란, 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 아스코르브산, 아황산수소나트륨, 티오황산나트륨, 에데트산나트륨, 시트르산나트륨, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 등을 이용할 수 있다. 용해 보조제로서는, 예컨대, 알코올(예컨대, 에탄올 등), 폴리알코올(예컨대, 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 등), 비이온성 계면 활성제[예컨대, 폴리소르베이트 80(등록상표), HCO-50 등] 등을 이용할 수 있다. 현탁화제로서는, 예컨대, 모노스테아르산글리세린, 모노스테아르산알루미늄, 메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 라우릴황산나트륨 등을 이용할 수 있다. 유화제로서는, 예컨대, 아라비아 고무, 알긴산나트륨, 트래거캔스 등을 이용할 수 있다. 무통화제로서는, 예컨대, 벤질알코올, 클로로부탄올, 소르비톨 등을 이용할 수 있다. 완충제로서는, 예컨대, 인산 완충액, 아세트산 완충액, 붕산 완충액, 탄산 완충액, 시트르산 완충액, 트리스 완충액, 글루타민산 완충액, 엡실론아미노카프론산 완충액 등을 이용할 수 있다. 보존제로서는, 예컨대, 파라옥시안식향산메틸, 파라옥시안식향산에틸, 파라옥시안식향산프로필, 파라옥시안식향산부틸, 클로로부탄올, 벤질알코올, 염화벤잘코늄, 데히드로아세트산나트륨, 에데트산나트륨, 붕산, 붕사 등을 이용할 수 있다. 방부제로서는, 예컨대, 염화벤잘코늄, 파라옥시안식향산, 클로로부탄올 등을 이용할 수 있다. pH 조정제로서는, 예컨대, 염산, 수산화나트륨, 인산, 아세트산 등을 이용할 수 있다. 항산화제로서, 예컨대, (1) 아스코르브산, 시스테인하이드로클로라이드, 중황산나트륨, 메타중아황산나트륨, 아황산나트륨 등과 같은 수용성 항산화제, (2) 아스코르빌팔미테이트, 부틸화하이드록시아니솔, 부틸화하이드록시톨루엔, 레시틴, 프로필갈레이트, α-토코페롤 등과 같은 유용성 항산화제 및 (3) 시트르산, 에틸렌디아민사아세트산, 소르비톨, 타르타르산, 인산 등과 같은 금속 킬레이트제 등을 이용할 수 있다.
주사제 또는 점적을 위한 수액은, 그 최종 공정에 있어서 멸균하거나 혹은 무균 조작법, 예컨대, 필터 등으로 여과하여 멸균하고, 계속해서 무균적인 용기에 충전함으로써 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 주사제 또는 점적을 위한 수액은, 진공 건조 및 동결 건조에 의한 무균 분말(약학적으로 허용할 수 있는 담체의 분말을 포함하고 있어도 좋음)을, 적절한 용제에 사용 시 용해하여 사용할 수도 있다.
본 발명을 이하의 실시예에 의해 더욱 자세히 설명하지만, 본 발명의 범위는 이에 한정되지 않는다. 본 발명의 기재에 기초하여 여러 가지의 변경, 수식이 당업자에게는 가능하고, 이들 변경, 수식도 본 발명에 포함된다.

-1 KO 마우스의 제작
Allergin-1 표적 벡터를 구축하였다. 상세하게는, Allergin-1의 개시 코돈을 포함하는 제1 엑손을 네오마이신 내성 유전자 카세트로 치환하였다[도 1의 A]. C57BL/6N 마우스 유래의 ES 세포에 직쇄화한 Allergin-1 표적 벡터를 일렉트로포레이션법으로 트랜스펙션하였다. 상기 세포를 약제 내성 스크리닝으로 선택하고, 서던 블롯 해석에 의해 상동 재조합이 일어나 있는 클론을 선택하였다. 포지티브 클론을 이용하여 애그리게이션법에 따른 키메라 마우스 제작을 행하였다. 수용 배(胚)에는 ICR의 8세포기 배(胚)를 사용하였다. 얻어진 키메라 마우스의 키메라율은 몸 전체의 모색의 비율을 기준으로 판정하였다. 얻어진 키메라 마우스 개체를 이용하여 C57BL/6N 마우스와 교배를 행하고, F1 산자에 대해서 서던 블롯에 의해 유전자 해석을 행함으로써 F1 헤테로 개체를 얻었다. F1 헤테로 개체의 자웅을 교배시켜 Alg1-KO 마우스를 얻은 것을 서던 블롯에 의해 유전자 해석에 의해 확인하였다[도 1의 B].
Allergin-1 KO 마우스는, 특별히 관찰되는 표현형을 나타내지 않았기 때문에, Allergin-1 안타고니스트의 부작용은 경미한 것이 기대된다.

C57BL/6 마우스(WT 마우스) 및 Alg1-KO 마우스에 B16F10을 2.0×105/마우스로 피하 이식하였다. 1군의 예수는 10예로 하였다. 이식 당일을 0일째로 하고, 각 군에 있어서의 B16F10의 종양 체적을 이식일로부터 7일, 11일, 14일, 18일 및 21일째에 각각 측정하였다. 항마우스 PD-1 항체 4H2(WO2006/121168의 실시예 12에 기재된 방법으로 제작된 항체) 투여군에서는, 4H2를 WT 마우스에 이식 당일, 6일째, 12일째 및 18일째에 복강내 투여하였다. 도 3에 각 군의 종양 체적의 중앙값(도 3 좌측도) 및 평균값±표준 오차(도 3 우측도)의 추이를 나타내었다. 도 3에 나타내는 바와 같이, B16F10에 관해서도, Allergin-1 KO 마우스에서는 야생형 마우스와 비교하여 그 종양 증식이 현저히 억제되었다. 한편, WT 마우스에 항마우스 PD-1 항체 4H2를 투여한 군에서는, 이식 후 21일째의 종양 체적의 중앙값은 1985.6 ㎣(평균값: 2105.0±418.4 ㎣)였다. 또한, 담암만인 비투여군의 21일째의 종양 체적의 중앙값은 2661.0 ㎣(평균값: 2622.6±377.1 ㎣)였다.
실시예 2 및 3의 결과로부터, Allergin-1을 저해함으로써 종양 증식을 억제할 수 있는 것이 나타났다.

C57BL/6N 마우스 및 Alg1-KO 마우스에 3% 티오글리콜레이트 배지를 1 mL/body로 복강내 투여하고, 3일 후, 5 mM EDTA/PBS 5 mL를 주입하여 복강을 세정하고, 복강 세정액을 회수하였다. 용혈 처리 후, 플로우 사이토미터로 복강 침윤 세포 중의 CD11b+F4/80+ 세포의 비율을 산출하였다.
CD11b+F4/80+ 세포가 2×105 세포/웰이 되도록 96웰 플레이트에 파종하고, 1시간 후에 배양 상청을 제거하고, 추가로 배지에서 1회 세정하고, 3, 10 및 30 μM 사이클릭 GMP-AMP(cGAMP) 함유 배지를 각각 첨가하였다. 24 및 48시간 후에 배양 상청을 회수하여, 배양 상청 중의 IFN-β량을 정량하였다. 도 12는 각 군의 IFNβ량을 나타내었다. Alg1-KO 마우스 유래 마크로파지에 cGAMP로 자극한 군에서는, WT와 비교하여 IFNβ의 생성량의 증가가 인정되었다.

C57BL/6 마우스(WT 마우스) 및 Allergin-1 KO(Alg1-KO) 마우스에 MC38을 2.0×105/마우스로 피하 이식하고, 항마우스 PD-1 항체 4H2를 이식 당일, 6일째, 12일째 및 18일째에 복강내 투여하였다. 4H2의 투여량은 WT 마우스에 대해서는 10 ㎎/㎏(이식 0일째만 20 ㎎/㎏), Alg1-KO 마우스에 대해서는 1 ㎎/㎏ 또는 3 ㎎/㎏(이식 0일째만 2 ㎎/㎏ 또는 6 ㎎/㎏)으로 하였다. 이식 1군의 예수는 WT 마우스에 있어서는 20예로 하고, Alg1-KO 마우스에서는 각 투여량에서 10예씩으로 하였다. 이식 32일째에 있어서, WT 마우스에서 20예 중 8예, Alg1-KO 마우스에서는 20예 중 14예에서 종양 완전 배제(CR)가 인정되었다.
CR이 된 WT 마우스 및 Alg1-KO 마우스에, 최초의 이식으로부터 42일째에 MC38을 우측 복부에, B16F10을 좌측 복부에 2.0×105/마우스로 피하 이식하였다. MC38 및 B16F10의 종양 체적을 이식일로부터 7일, 11일, 14일, 18일, 21일, 25일, 28일, 32일, 35일, 39일 및 42일째에 각각 측정하였다. 도 14는 각 군의 종양 체적의 평균값±표준 오차의 추이를 나타내었다. MC38에서는, WT 마우스에서 8예 중 7예, Alg1-KO 마우스에서는 14예 전체 예에서 종양이 배제되었다. 한편, B16F10에서는, WT 마우스에서 8예 중 1예, Alg1-KO 마우스에서는 14예 중 11예에서 종양이 배제되고, Alg1-KO 마우스에 4H2를 투여하여 CR이 된 군에서는, WT 마우스에 4H2를 투여하여 CR이 된 군과 비교하여, 보다 많은 CR 개체가 인정되었다.
이것은, PD-1 저해만으로 암 세포 MC38이 완전 배제된 마우스에서는, 그 마우스의 면역 시스템이 이미 만난 적이 있는 암 세포 MC38에 대하여 면역 기억을 성립시키고 있었지만, 처음으로 만나는 암 세포 B16F10에 대해서는 메모리 CD8T 세포가 충분히 기능하지 못하고 있었던 것을 나타내고 있다. 한편으로, PD-1 저해와 Allergin-1 저해가 공존한 중에서, 그 마우스의 면역 시스템이 만난 암 세포 MC38에 대하여 성립한 메모리 CD8T 세포는, 처음으로 만난 암 세포 B16F10에 대하여도 충분히 기능하여, 완전 배제하였다. 여기서 B16F10은 재발한 암 세포라고 간주할 수 있다. 즉, PD-1 저해만인 환경에 있어서의 면역 시스템이 기억하는 암 항원의 종류에 비교하여, PD-1 저해와 Allergin-1 저해가 공존한 환경에 있어서의 면역 시스템이 기억하는 암 항원은 보다 다종에 미치는 것을 나타내고 있다. PD-1 저해와 Allergin-1 저해가 공존한 환경에 있어서의 면역 시스템이 기억하는 암 항원의 범위는, 보다 항원성이 약한 암 항원에까지 미친다. 따라서, 이들 항원성이 약한 항원에 대해서는, 통상의 환경에서는 면역 시스템이 암 항원이라고는 인식하지 않고, PD-1 저해만인 환경에 있어서도 암 항원이라고는 인식되기 어려운 것으로 생각된다. 또한 Allergin-1 저해의 환경을 지속하면, 면역 시스템은 통상의 환경에서는 도저히 항원 인식을 할 수 없는 암 세포로서, PD-1 저해만인 환경에서도 항원 인식되기 어려운 암 세포에 대하여도, 항원 인식이 가능해져, 새로운 암 세포, 바꾸어 말하면 재발한 암 세포에 대하여도 항종양 효과를 발휘한다고 생각된다.
실시예 6, 9 및 10의 결과로부터, Allergin-1 저해는, STING 아고니스트나 TLR 리간드에 대한 반응성을 증강하는 것이 나타났다. Allergin-1 저해의 환경에서, 암 세포가 갖는 항원성이 낮은 암 항원에 대하여 면역 시스템이 항원 인식함으로써, CD8T 세포를 활성화시켜, 암 세포를 공격하면, 사멸하는 암 세포 유래의 STING 아고니스트나 TLR 리간드가, Allergin-1 저해의 환경에서 암 면역 반응을 더욱 증강한다고 하는 상승 효과를 가져와, 재발 예방으로 이어지는 것으로 생각한다.
본 발명에 따른 Allergin-1 안타고니스트는 암 면역 증강 작용을 가져, 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료를 위해 사용할 수 있다.
Claims (33)
- Allergin-1 안타고니스트를 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 암 면역 증강제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 암의 진행 억제, 재발 억제 및/또는 치료를 위해 사용되는 암 면역 증강제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Allergin-1 안타고니스트가 Allergin-1의 면역 억제적 세포내 전달 시그널을 억제하는 것인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Allergin-1 안타고니스트가 항Allergin-1 항체, Allergin-1 결합 단백질 또는 Allergin-1 융합 단백질인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 항체가 항인간 Allergin-1 항체인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 항체가 모노클로널 항체인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 모노클로널 항체가 IgG1 또는 IgG4 아이소타입인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 모노클로널 항체가 Fab, Fab', Fv, scFv 및 (Fab')2 단편으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 항체 단편인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 모노클로널 항체가 인간화 또는 인간 항체인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 모노클로널 항체가 인간화 또는 인간 항인간 Allergin-1 모노클로널 IgG1 또는 IgG4 항체인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 항Allergin-1 항체가, Allergin-1에 있어서의 동일 분자 상에 존재하는 2 이상이 상이한 에피토프를 인식하는, Allergin-1 다중 특이성 항체인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제2항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암이 고형암 또는 혈액암인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고형암이 악성 흑색종, 비소세포 폐암, 소세포 폐암, 두경부암, 신세포암, 투명세포형 신세포암, 유암, 난소암, 난소 명세포선암, 골·연부 육종, 신경교아종, 신경교육종, 비인두암, 자궁암, 항문암, 대장암, 간세포암, 식도암, 췌암, 위암, 요로 상피암, 전립선암, 난관암, 원발성 복막암, 흉막 중피종 및 골수 증식 증후군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 암인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 혈액암이 다발성 골수종, 비호지킨 림프종, 호지킨 림프종, 급성 골수성 백혈병 및 만성 골수성 백혈병에서 선택되는 1 이상의 혈액암인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항암제에 의한 치료 효과가 충분하지 않은 암 환자에게 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 면역 증강제.
- 제15항에 있어서, 항암제가 종양 면역 치료약인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 종양 면역 치료약이 항PD-1 항체, 항PD-L1 항체, 항PD-L2 항체, PD-L1 융합 단백질, PD-L2 융합 단백질, 항CTLA-4 항체, 항LAG-3 항체, 항Tim3 항체, 항KIR 항체, 항BTLA 항체, 항TIGIT 항체, 항VISTA 항체, 항CD137 항체, 항OX40 항체, 항HVEM 항체, 항CD27 항체, 항GITR 항체, 항CD28 항체, 항CCR4 항체 및 항CD4 항체에서 선택되는 1 이상의 약제인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제17항에 있어서, 항PD-1 항체가 니볼루맙(Nivolumab), REGN-2810, 펨브롤리주맙(Pembrolizumab), PDR-001, BGB-A317, STI-A1110 또는 AMP-514인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제17항에 있어서, 항PD-L1 항체가 아테졸리주맙(Atezolizumab), 아벨루맙(Avelumab), 두발루맙(Durvalumab) 또는 BMS-936559인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제17항에 있어서, 항CTLA-4 항체가 이필리무맙(Ipilimumab) 또는 트레멜리무맙(Tremelimumab)인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제17항에 있어서, PD-L2 융합 단백질이 AMP-224인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 항암제를 추가로 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 면역 증강제.
- 제22항에 있어서, Allergin-1 안타고니스트와 항암제가 별개의 제제로서 투여되는 것인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제22항에 있어서, Allergin-1 안타고니스트 및 항암제가 하나의 제제로서 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 면역 증강제.
- 제22항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항암제가 종양 면역 치료약인 암 면역 증강제.
- 제25항에 있어서, 종양 면역 치료약이 항PD-1 항체, 항PD-L1 항체, 항PD-L2 항체, PD-L1 융합 단백질, PD-L2 융합 단백질, 항CTLA-4 항체, 항LAG-3 항체, 항Tim3 항체, 항KIR 항체, 항BTLA 항체, 항TIGIT 항체, 항VISTA 항체, 항CD137 항체, 항OX40 항체, 항HVEM 항체, 항CD27 항체, 항GITR 항체, 항CD28 항체, 항CCR4 항체 및 항CD4 항체에서 선택되는 1 이상인 암 면역 증강제.
