Claims (9)
- 상부 전극과 하부 전극에 압전층이 협지된 압전 센서, 및
상기 압전 센서의 하부 전극측에 배치되는 편광판과 상기 편광판의 하측에 배치되는 표시 부재를 가지는 표시 장치를 구비한 압력 검출 표시 장치로서,
상기 압전층이 위상차판(位相差板)으로 이루어지고,
상기 압전층의 흡수축이 상기 편광판의 지연축에 대하여 20°~70°의 각도를 형성하도록 상기 압전 센서와 상기 편광판이 배치된, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압전층의 위상차값이 가시광의 1/4파장인, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압전층의 위상차값이 800nm~30000nm인, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 전극이, 산화 인듐 주석 또는 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 포함하는, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하부 전극이, 산화 인듐 주석 또는 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 포함하는, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압전 층이 유기 압전 재료로 이루어지는, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유기 압전 재료가, 폴리불화비닐리덴 또는 폴리락트산을 포함하는, 압력 검출 표시 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 압력 검출 표시 장치와 터치 패널을 구비하는 전자 기기.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 터치 패널이 정전 용량형 터치 패널인, 전자 기기.
