Abstract
복수 브랜드명의 석탄을 배합하여 이루어지는 배합탄을 건류시켜, 코크스를 제조할 때에, 상기 배합탄으로서, 전체 이너트량 (TI) 이 3.5 vol.% ∼ 25.0 vol.%, 기젤러 플라스토미터법에 의한 최고 유동도 (logMF) 가 1.8 ∼ 2.3 log ddpm 에 둘러싸인 범위 내의 성질을 나타내는 것을 사용하는 야금용 코크스의 제조 방법.
Description
도 2 는 종래 기술에 있어서의 배합탄의 logMF 와 TI 의 범위를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3 은 종래의 배합탄과 저이너트 배합탄으로부터 얻어지는 코크스의 현미경 사진이다.
도 4 는 logMF (log ddpm) 가 2.2 ∼ 2.3 이 되도록 조제한 배합탄의 TI 와 배합탄을 건류시켜 얻어진 코크스의 드럼 강도 (DI) (150/15) 의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5 는 logMF 가 1.8 ∼ 2.0 log ddpm 가 되도록 조제한 배합탄의 TI 와 배합탄을 건류시켜 얻어진 코크스의 드럼 강도 (DI) (150/15) 의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- 복수 브랜드명의 석탄을 배합하여 이루어지는 배합탄을 건류시켜 코크스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 배합탄으로서, 전체 이너트량 (TI) 이 3.5 vol.% ∼ 25.0 vol.% 의 범위, 기젤러 플라스토미터법에 의한 최고 유동도 (logMF) 가 1.8 ∼ 2.3 log ddpm 의 범위 내의 성질을 나타내는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용 코크스의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배합탄으로서, 전체 이너트량 (TI (vol.%)) 과, 기젤러 플라스토미터법에 의한 최고 유동도 (logMF (log ddpm)) 가, 도 1 중의 하기의 점 (a, b, c, d 및 e) 에 둘러싸인 범위 내의 성질을 나타내는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용 코크스의 제조 방법.
점 (a) (logMF:2.3, TI:3.5), 점 (b) (logMF:1.8, TI:3.5), 점 (c) (logMF:1.8, TI:18.0), 점 (d) (logMF:2.0, TI:25.0) 및 점 (e) (logMF:2.3, TI:25.0) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
배합탄의 기젤러 플라스토미터법에 의한 최고 유동도 (logMF) 는, 배합탄을 구성하는 각 브랜드명탄의 기젤러 플라스토미터법에 의한 최고 유동도 (logMF) 와 배합탄 중에 있어서의 상기 브랜드명탄의 구성 질량 비율에 기초하여 산출되는 가중 평균치인 것을 특징으로 하는 야금용 코크스의 제조 방법.
