Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 생체 폴리머;
하나 이상의 천연 염료; 및
지방산 및 이의 유도체, 갈산 및 이의 유도체 및 이의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 반응 매체를 포함하는 열변색재로서,
상기 열변색재의 모든 성분은 식품용으로 허가된 성분 또는 첨가제인 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 천연 염료는 안토시아니딘 구조를 갖는 천연 염료, 특히 시아니딘, 델피니딘, 아우란티니딘, 페투니딘, 페오니딘, 말비딘, 펠라르고니딘, 로시니딘, 유로피니딘, 루테올리니딘 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 천연 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 반응 매체는 페트로세린산, 팔미톨레산, 미리스트올레산, 올레산, 엘라이드산, 가돌레산, 운데실렌산, 이코세닉산, 박센산, 세톨레산, 에루크산, 네르본산, 세르본산, 클루파노돈산, 팀노돈산, 리놀레산, 칼렌드산, 푸니크산, 엘레오스테아르산, 아라키돈산, 포름산, 아세트산, 카프릴산, 펠라곤산, 카프로산, 라우르산, 미리스트산, 팔미트산, 마가르산, 스테아르산, 아라크산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, 발레르산, 카프로산, 에난트산, 베헨산, 리그노세르산, 세로트산, 몬탄산, 멜리스산, 도데실갈레이트, 옥틸갈레이트, 프로필갈레이트, 피탄산, 이소발레르산 또는 에테르 오일 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 생체 폴리머는 플랫 필름 압출 또는 취입 필름 압출에 또는 시트의 제조에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 생체 폴리머는 폴리히드록시부탄산, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 폴리락트산 및 이의 코폴리머 및 폴리머 블렌드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열변색재의 모든 성분은 유럽 규정 제 1333/2008 및 상응하는 현행 부록에 따라 식품용으로 허가되고, E-넘버를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재료의 열변색 효과는 가역적 또는 비가역적인 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열변색 효과는 성분의 물리화학적 상호작용에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열변색재는 압출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색재. - 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열변색재를 포함하는 압출 성형체.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 플랫 필름 또는 취입 필름이고, 특히 층 두께가 50~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 시트 또는 다중스킨 시트이고, 특히 두께가 500㎛~5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체. - 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열변색재 또는 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형체의 식품 산업 및 의학 기술에서의 용도.
