Claims (6)
- 전처리공정을 통해 견사의 단백질 제거 및 표백을 한 후,
상기 견사를 폴리에스테르사 또는 나일론사와 교직하여 견혼방 고밀도원단을 준비한 후, PH 5~6 하에서 산성염료로 염색을 한 후,
가공속도 50M/min, 1차롤러온도 130 ~ 150℃, 2차롤러온도 180~250℃로 2회 이상 시레가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경량 다운프루프용 견혼방직물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리공정은 소다회 6KG/400L, 호발제 6KG/400L, 탈지제 1KG/400L 를 사용하여 95℃ 기준에서 8회 반복공정을 통해 잔부로서 물을 함유한 전처리액에 90~95℃로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경량 다운프루프용 견혼방직물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 교직시 위사배열은 견사 대비 폴리에스테르사 또는 나일론사의 본수비는 1:1 ~ 5:1이며, 평직기준 경사밀도는 20데니어 기준 250T ~ 300T이며, 위사밀도는 20데니어 기준 150T ~190T로 교직되고 시레가공되어 직물중량 10g/sqm ~ 50g/sqm, 공기투과도0.8 ~ 1 ㏄/㎠/Sec, 커버팩터 1,500 ~ 2000인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경량 다운프루프용 견혼방직물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
