Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등의 일체화에 관한 것으로, 기존의 방향지시등과 차폭등이 분리 제작되어, 생산 원가가 비싸고, 크기가 작은 단점이 있어 자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등을 일체화함으로 단점을 보완한다.

Description

자동차 일체형램프{all in one lamp}
본 발명은 자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등을 일체화하여 단점을 보완한다.
기존의 방향지시등과 차폭등이 분리 제작되어 생산 원가가 비싸고, 크기가 작은 단점이 있었다.

자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등을 일체화하여 제작한다.
본 발명은 자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등을 일체화하므로 원가절감 및 램프의 대형화로 심미효과를 높이고 시각적 극대화로 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 통합형 램프의 플로어챠트이다.
10번 조작부는 자동차의 Lever 부분으로 좌우측 지시 및 중립신호를 제어부 에 전달하는 역할을 한다.
20번 제어부는 조작부의 신호를 받아 통합 램프로 출력 신호를 보내는 장치로, lever가 중립위치에 있을 때 차폭등이 점등되는 신호를 보내고, 운전자가 우회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 우측 점멸기 램프가 점멸되는 신호를 보내고, 운전자가 좌회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 좌측 점멸기 램프가 점멸되는 신호를 보내는 장치이다.
30번 일체형램프는 제어부의 신호를 받아 작동하는 부분으로 lever가 중립위치에 있을 때 차폭등이 점등되고, 운전자가 우회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 우측 점멸기 램프가 점멸되고, 운전자가 좌회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 좌측 점멸기 램프가 점멸된다.
또한 자동차의 방향지시등과 차폭등을 일체화하므로 원가절감 및 램프의 대형화로 심미효과를 높이고 시각적 극대화로 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 Lever 부분으로 좌우측 지시 및 중립신호를 제어부에 전달하는 역할을 하는 조작부.
    조작부의 신호를 받아 일체형램프로 신호를 출력하는 제어부.
    제어부의 신호를 받아 작동하는 부분으로 lever가 중립위치에 있을 때 차폭등이 점등되고, 운전자가 우회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 우측 점멸기 램프가 점멸되고, 운전자가 좌회전 lever 조작시 차폭등이 소등되고 전,후방 좌측 점멸기 램프가 점멸하는 일체형램프.
