Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆危险警示灯,特别涉及紧急转向信号灯,即使车辆常规危险灯已被激活,该紧急转向信号灯给出即将紧急转弯或者车道变换的警示。
背景技术
过去的一段时间,车辆已经装备了常规危险警示灯。这些常规危险灯由仪表板控制开关操作。
在大多数情况下,开关的操作将引起常规转向信号同时闪光。危险灯由危险闪光灯开关系统控制。该危险闪光装置和危险闪光灯开关独立于转向信号的普通开关,并且超控转向信号的普通开关。
通常,危险灯在车辆停下之后被驾驶员激活。当危险灯被激活时,灯闪亮并闪灭。当在高速路上行驶时,如果车辆(或者驾驶员)出现危险,该车辆可减速,或者突然转弯,或者甚至在行驶车道中停下。无论常规危险灯有没有被激活,这将引起突发事件,并且车辆将会堵塞交通车道。这造成了危险的处境。仅仅使常规危险灯闪光将不会让车辆和驾驶员的处境或者车辆周围的交通的处境面临更少危险。
优选地,处于困境中的车辆(或者驾驶员)应该从交通中移出至道路旁,从而使行驶车道通畅。当驾驶员可能难以控制车辆或者驾驶员可能变得恐慌或者分不清方向时,如果这个车辆是完全能够控制的,这个行动在拥挤的交通中会很困难,尤其考虑到在危险情况出现后必须这样做。驾驶员可能觉得越过车道或者试图离开道路会造成自身的危险。他不能发出这样的车道变换信号,因为一旦常规危险闪光装置被激活,普通转向信号将失灵。
然而,处于困境的车辆可能没有选择,而要为了车辆本身的安全以及乘客的安全进行这样的车道变换以从交通中出来,而且这可能是突然的、没有计划的移动。
在常规危险灯被激活后,将不可能用常规转向信号指示这样的车道变换。因为危险系统使两个转向信号灯同时闪光,所以危险警告闪光装置超控转向信号控制。
因而在驾驶的时候,处于困境中的车辆的驾驶员以及首先激活常规危险灯的驾驶员被阻止使用转向信号来指示转向或者车道变换,因为危险灯的激活切断了转向信号控制。
清楚的是,需要为驾驶员提供选择,该选择是能够首先用常规方法激活常规危险灯,然后操作紧急转向信号或者危险转向灯,以指示转向或者车道变换,尽管已经操作了常规危险灯闪光装置。多年来,大多数车辆都装备了第三后刹车灯,该第三后刹车灯通常正中地安装在车辆的后部,并且通常位于比侧刹车灯和转向信号灯较高的位置。
发明内容

这样的常规灯全部都被接线至它们各自常见的车辆开关系统(未示出),车辆开关系统的细节可因车辆不同而有所不同。在大多数车辆中,常规左转向信号后灯和常规右转向信号后灯也被接线至常规危险闪光线路16。常规危险闪光线路16通常通过车辆的仪表板上的手动控制按钮来控制。这个按钮是常规的并且没有示出。刹车灯10a和10b被连接至刹车踏板(未示出),以及转向信号灯12a和12b以常见的方式被连接至常规转向信号控制18,该常规转向信号控制不要求描述。依赖于车辆的制造和设计,它们可受常规危险闪光装置的超控。
一旦常规危险闪光装置被激活,它操作至少常规转向信号灯连续地开启或者熄灭,直至关闭。常规危险闪光装置超控用于一些标准车辆灯的普通开关。特别地,普通车辆后转向信号被超控,并且不再响应常规车辆转向信号开关的操作。
本发明提供紧急转向信号系统,该紧急转向信号系统由紧急转向信号开关组件20组成,为了驾驶员的方便,该紧急转向信号开关组件20安装在驾驶车厢中,例如在驾驶杆上。在这个实施例中用举例的方式展示了,紧急转向信号开关组件20安装在方向盘的辐条上。组件20具有左开关按钮22和右开关按钮24。通过内部线路(未示出)向组件供电,该内部电路独立于常规危险闪光线路16。

组件20将必然被连接至电源,独立于常规危险闪光装置16。当各自的紧急转向信号开关被激活,指示灯中的一个或另一个将闪光。
这将给予驾驶员指示该紧急转向信号系统正在工作。
在很多情况下,接线能够在车辆制造的过程中被安装。
然而,本发明还适用于由经销商来安装在新的或者现有的车辆中,作为售后服务的部分。紧急转向信号组件能够通过任何合适的夹钳(未示出)被附接至驾驶杆上,或者仪表盘上。
在一些情况下,紧急转向信号灯泡和插座能够被加在中部刹车灯组件14中,但是优选地将作为分开的组件被加在车辆中,在大多数情况下被加在中部刹车灯旁边,在右手侧和左手侧。右接线30和左接线32能够在车辆乘客车厢中运行,将右开关按钮和左开关按钮连接至它们各自的右紧急转向信号灯组件和左紧急转向信号灯组件,以及连接至驾驶车厢中的指示灯。
紧急转向信号组件的电源供应能够独立于常规危险闪光线路16而被连接以接入电源。

Claims (5)
1.用于车辆的危险转向灯系统,该危险转向灯系统用于指示紧急转向,具有停止灯和转向信号灯,并且具有常规危险闪光灯控制系统,该常规危险闪光灯控制系统能够操作以切断车辆转向信号控制,并且引起在车辆两侧上的至少转向信号灯闪亮和闪灭,其特征在于:

紧急转向信号开关控制装置,该紧急转向信号开关控制装置能够被驾驶员容易接近,并独立于所述常规危险闪光灯控制系统而被连接至所述电源,当驾驶员还在驾驶车辆时,该常规危险闪光灯控制系统能够独立于常规危险闪光系统而由驾驶员操作;
紧急转向信号灯闪光单元,该紧急转向信号灯闪光单元被连接至所述紧急转向信号开关控制装置,当控制装置被驾驶员激活时,该紧急转向信号灯闪光单元能够操作以发送闪光信号;
右后紧急转向信号灯和左后紧急转向信号灯,该右后紧急转向信号灯和左后紧急转向信号灯位于车辆各自的右侧和左侧上,被紧急转向信号开关控制装置选择性地激活;
紧急转向信号开关控制装置能够选择性地操作以选择性地激活所述紧急转向信号灯中的一个或另一个;
