Claims (4)
- 입력 신호 파형과 출력 신호 파형의 위상차에 의해 변위를 검출하는 센서에 있어서:
센서가 변위를 검출하면 검출 시각을 출력하는 타이머와,
검출한 변위를 적어도 과거 2회분, 검출 시각과 함께 기억하는 기억부와,
외부로부터 출력이 요청되면 적어도 과거 2회분의 변위와 검출 시각과 출력이 요청된 시각으로부터 적어도 과거 2회분의 변위를 현재의 변위로 외삽해서 출력하는 연산부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연산부는 과거 2회분의 변위를 Di, Di-1, 과거 2회분의 검출 시각을 ti, ti-1, 출력이 요청된 시각을 r, 현재의 변위를 Dr로 해서,
Dr = Di + (Di - Di-1) × (r - ti) / (ti - ti-1)에 의해 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 연산부에서의 연산 지연을 τ로 해서 상기 연산부는 시각(r+τ)에서의 변위를 상기 현재의 변위로서 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서. - 입력 신호 파형과 출력 신호 파형의 위상차에 의해 변위 센서로 변위를 검출하는 방법에 있어서:
센서가 변위를 검출하면 타이머에 의해 검출 시각을 구하고,
검출한 변위를 적어도 과거 2회분, 검출 시각과 함께 기억하며,
외부로부터 출력이 요청되면 적어도 과거 2회분의 변위와 검출 시각과 출력이 요청된 시각으로부터 적어도 과거 2회분의 변위를 현재의 변위로 외삽해서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 검출 방법.
