Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법으로 제조된 탄소나노섬유를 나타낸 사진이고;
도 3은 탄소나노섬유의 온도에 따른 중량변화를 나타낸 열중량 분석 그래프이고;
도 4는 탄소나노섬유의 열적거동을 분석한 시차주사열량계 분석 그래프이고;
도 5는 안정화 수행 시 조사된 방사선의 총 조사선량에 따른 탄소나노섬유의 인장강도 변화 그래프이고;
도 6은 실시예 1의 탄소나노섬유를 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이고;
도 7은 실시예 2 내지 4의 단계 1에서 전기방사를 통해 제조된 섬유를 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이고;
도 8은 실시예 2 내지 4의 탄소나노섬유를 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
Claims (9)
- 탄화수소계 고분자를 용매에 용해한 후 전기방사하여 섬유를 제조하는 단계(단계 1);
상기 단계 1에서 제조된 섬유에 방사선을 조사하여 안정화시키는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 단계 2에서 안정화된 섬유를 탄화시키는 단계(단계 3)를 포함하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 탄화수소계 고분자는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴, 리그닌, 레이온, 핏치(pitch)계 고분자, 페놀계 고분자, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리비닐알코올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 용매는 이소프로필 알코올, 디메틸포름아미드 및 테트로하이드로퓨란으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 방사선은 감마선, 전자선, 이온빔, 중성자빔 또는 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 방사선은 500 내지 20000 kGy의 총조사량으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 안정화는 연속공정 또는 배치(batch)공정으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 안정화는 섬유로 장력이 가해지는 조건 또는 섬유로 장력이 가해지지 않는 조건(non tension)으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3의 탄화는 안정화된 섬유를 불활성 분위기에서 500 내지 2000 ℃의 온도로 가열하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선을 이용한 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법으로 제조되되, 800 MPa 이상의 인장강도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노섬유.
