Description
도 2는 시스타틴 유전자 (AtCPI, BoCPI, GmCPI, OsCPI, RcCPI, ZmCPI; NCBI 데이타, BrCPI1)의 코딩 영역의 연역된 아미노산 서열 및 이의 정렬을 보여준다. 가상적인 신호 펩티드 및 활성 부위 도메인은 흐리게 표시되어 있다.

- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 순무 유래의 BrCPI (Brassica rapa cysteine protease inhibitor) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환하여 BrCPI 유전자를 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는 식물의 저온 스트레스에 대한 저항성을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 저온 스트레스에 대한 저항성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체.
