Description
Claims (14)
- 전기 구동 자동차에서의 다중 전력 전지를 수용하는데 적합한 하우징 (housing) 으로서, 상기 하우징이 서로 들어맞고 내부에 중공 공간 (hollow space) 을 생성하는, 적어도 하나의 하부 수용부 및 하나의 상부 덮개부를 포함하고, 상기 부분들은 서로 부착되는 열가소성 중합체의 하나 이상의 지지층 및 금속의 하나 이상의 덮개층을 포함하는 다층 물질로부터 제조되는 하우징.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속의 덮개층이 하우징의 외부 면 및/또는 하우징의 내부 면에 배열되는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지층을 위한 열가소성 중합체로서, 폴리프로필렌 (PP), 폴리에틸렌 (PE), 폴리비닐 클로라이드 (PVC), 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리알킬렌 나프탈레이트와 같은 폴리에스테르, 폴리시클로올레핀, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메트아크릴레이트, 폴리-엡실론-카프로락탐 또는 폴리헥사메틸렌아디핀아미드 또는 폴리헥사메틸렌세바신아미드와 같은 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리옥시메틸렌 (POM) 또는 폴리스티렌 (PS) 과 같은 폴리아세탈, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지층의 열가소성 중합체가 추가로 각 경우에 지지층의 중량을 기준으로 보강 충전제를 1 내지 60 중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 50 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 40 중량% 의 양으로 포함하는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지층의 열가소성 중합체가 보강 충전제로서 황산바륨, 수산화마그네슘, DIN 66 115 로 측정되는 평균 입도가 0.1 내지 10 μm 의 범위인 탈크, 목재, 아마, 백악, 유리 비드 (bead), 코팅 유리 섬유, 또는 짧은, 긴 또는 기타 유리 섬유, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지층이, 층 두께가 1 내지 20 mm, 바람직하게는 2 내지 15 mm 의 범위인 사출-성형 또는 압출 또는 압축-성형된 시이트인 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개층이 알루미늄, 철, 은과 같은 귀금속 또는 크롬과 같은 금속을 포함하는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체의 지지층 및 금속의 덮개층 사이에 배열되는, 열가소성 중합체, 바람직하게는 지지층에 사용되는 것과 동일한 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 추가의 중간층을 포함하는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층이 두께가 0.001 내지 1 mm, 바람직하게는 0.005 내지 0.5 mm 의 범위인 얇은 망 또는 그 밖의 것, 바람직하게는 얇은 부직포의 형태인 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층이 열가소성 중합체의 수지-포화된 부직포를 포함하고, 아크릴레이트 수지, 페놀 수지, 우레아 수지 또는 멜라민 수지가 포화 수지로서 사용되는 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층의 중량이 15 내지 150 g/m2, 바람직하게는 30 내지 70 g/m2 의 범위인 하우징.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부 수용부 및 상부 덮개부가 홈이음 (tongue and groove joint) 처럼 서로 들어맞고, 두 부분 모두를 함께 조이거나, 또는 클램핑 (clamping) 하거나, 또는 밀봉시킴으로써 서로 연결되는 하우징.
- 사용되는 기법이 사출-성형법에 의한 가역-코팅을 포함하고, 초기 충전이 중간층 및 금속의 덮개층을 위한 물질을 각 경우에 시이트-유사 구조의 형태로 포함한 후, 지지층을 위한 열가소성 중합체를 사출-성형법에 의한 가역-코팅을 통해 그에 결합시키는, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하우징의 제조 방법.
- 전기 구동 자동차 또는 모터바이시클용 전력 전지를 수용하기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하우징의 용도.
