Description
さらに、本発明は前記ハウジングの製造法に関する。
2 支持層
チグラー・ナッタ触媒系に適している助触媒は、トリアルキルアルミニウム化合物ばかりでなく、アルキル基がアルコキシ基又は塩素や臭素のようなハロゲンにより置換された化合物である。アルキル基は同一でも異なってもよい。線状又は分岐状アルキル基も使用できる。本発明では、アルキル基が1〜8個の炭素原子を含むアルキル基、例えば、トリエチルアルミニウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム、トリオクチルアルミニウム、若しくはメチルジエチルアルミニウム、又はそれらの混合物のようなトリアルキルアルミニウム化合物を使用するのが好適である。
本発明では、電池のためのハウジングは、少なくとも1リットルから最高約1000リットルまでの範囲、好ましくは、1.5リットルから約800リットルまでの範囲の容積を内部に含む。ハウジングの下部受容部分及び上部カバー部分は嵌合等の連結をし、それにより、互いにさねはぎ結合状態になり、互いにねじ止め、クランプ止めで連結される。しかし、多くの応用のため、熱シールや溶接によるかある種のホットメルトにより両部分をシールし、気密や液密状態に連結することも適切である。
図1は、ハウジングの外部に配置された金属からなる被覆を有する側面からのハウジングの一部による縦横断面を示す。
図2は、側面から観たサンドイッチ構造のハウジングの別の態様による別の縦横断面を示す。被覆層を両側に配置した支持層を使用する態様である。
Claims (14)
- 電気的に駆動される自動車の多数電池を収容するのに適するハウジングであって、当該ハウジングは少なくとも一つの低部受容部分及び一つの上部カバー部分を含み、これらが一緒に連結し、内部に中空空間を形成し、これらの部分は、互いに接着する少なくとも一層の熱可塑性ポリマーからなる支持層及び少なくとも一層の金属からなる被覆層を含む多層材料から製造される、前記ハウジング。
- 前記金属からなる被覆層が、ハウジングの外側及び/又はハウジングの内側に配置される、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記支持層の熱可塑性ポリマーとして、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリビニルクロリド(PVC)、ポリスルホン類、ポリエーテルケトン類、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート若しくはポリアルキレンナフタレートのようなポリエステル類、ポリシクロオレフィン類、ポリアクリレート類、ポリメタクリレート類、ポリ−エプシロン−カプロラクタム若しくはポリヘキサメチレンアジピンアミド若しくはポリヘキサメチレンセバシンアミドのようなポリアミド類、ポリカルボネート、ポリウレタン類、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)のようなポリアセタール類、又はポリスチレン(PS)、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のハウジング。
- 支持層の熱可塑性ポリマーは、各場合に支持層の重量を基準に、さらに1〜60重量%、好ましくは、5〜50重量%、特に好ましくは、10〜40重量%の強化用充填剤を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 支持層の熱可塑性ポリマーは、強化用充填剤として、硫酸バリウム、水酸化マグネシウム、DIN66 115で測定して0.1〜10μmの範囲の平均粒度のタルク、木材、フラックス、チョーク、ガラスビーズ、被覆ガラス繊維、又は短、長、若しくはその他のガラス繊維、又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 支持層が、射出成形シート、押出シート又は圧縮成形シートであり、層厚が1〜20mm、好ましくは、2〜15mmである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 被覆層が、アルミニウム、鉄、銀やクロムのような貴金属を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーからなる支持層と金属からなる被覆層との間に配置された追加の中間層をさらに含み、当該中間層が熱可塑性ポリマー、好ましくは支持層に使用したのと同じ熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 中間層が、薄い織物等の形態、あるいは、好ましくは、薄い不織布の形態であり、0.001〜1mm、好ましくは、0.005〜0.5mmの厚さである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 中間層は、熱可塑性ポリマーからなる樹脂飽和不織布を含み、飽和性樹脂として、アクリル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、尿素樹脂、又はメラミン樹脂を使用する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 中間層の重量が、15〜150g/m2の範囲、好ましくは、30〜70g/m2の範囲である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 下部受容部分及び上部カバー部分は互いにさねはぎ結合のような連結をし、両部分を互いにねじ止め、クランプ止め又はシールにより互いに連結する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のハウジングの製造法であり、使用される技術は、射出成形法によるリバースコーティングを含み、そして初期チャージは、各場合にシート様構造の形体の、中間層及び金属からなる被覆層のための材料を含み、次いで、支持層のための熱可塑性ポリマーを射出成形法によるリバースコーティングにより中間層及び金属からなる被覆層のための材料に結合する、前記方法。
- 電気駆動自動車又はオートバイのための電池を収容するための請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のハウジングの使用。
