Claims (8)
- (i) 분말층의 소정 개소에 광 빔을 조사하여 상기 소정 개소의 분말을 소결 또는 용융 고화시켜 고화층을 형성하는 공정, 및
(ii) 얻어진 고화층 상에 새로운 분말층을 형성하고, 상기 새로운 분말층의 소정 개소에 광 빔을 조사하여 고화층을 더 형성하는 공정을 반복하여 행하는 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법으로서,
고화층 중 삼차원 형상 조형물의 사용 시에 힘이 가해지는 표면 영역에 대해 절삭 가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 삼차원 형상 조형물을 코어측 또는 캐비티측의 금형으로서 이용하여, 금형 사용 시에 캐비티 공간을 형성하는 면에 대해 절삭 가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 삼차원 형상 조형물을 코어측 또는 캐비티측의 금형으로서 이용하여, 금형 사용 시에 코어측과 캐비티측이 접촉하게 되는 표면 영역의 일부에 대해 절삭 가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 표면 영역 중 「절삭 가공을 실시하지 않는 부분」을 「절삭 가공을 실시하는 부분」보다도 낮은 표면 높이가 되도록 고화층 형성을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
후 가공 기준이 되는 부분을 부가적으로 절삭 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사용 시에 힘이 가해지는 표면 영역을 고화 밀도 95~100%의 고밀도 영역이 되도록 고화층 형성을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어지며, 코어측 또는 캐비티측의 금형으로서 이용되는 삼차원 형상 조형물로서,
금형의 캐비티 공간을 형성하는 면이 표면 절삭 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물. - 청구항 3에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어지며, 코어측 또는 캐비티측의 금형으로서 이용되는 삼차원 형상 조형물로서,
금형 사용 시에 코어측과 캐비티측이 접촉하게 되는 영역의 일부가 표면 절삭 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 삼차원 형상 조형물.
