Abstract
본 발명의 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트를 이용한 태양전지는 보잉 현상이 감소하고 비드가 발생하지 않으며 변환 효율이 우수한 특성을 나타낸다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트를 후면 전극으로 사용한 태양전지의 단면도이다.

- 알루미늄 분말;
유기 비히클; 및
산화안티몬;
을 포함하며, 상기 산화안티몬은 전체 페이스트 중 0.001 중량% 이상 1.0 중량% 미만 포함되어 있는 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화안티몬의 평균입경은 0.1 내지 10㎛인 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 분말은 전체 페이스트에 대해 60 중량% 내지 80 중량% 포함된 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 분말은 평균입경이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 페이스트는 유리 프릿 및 분산제를 더 포함하는 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 태양전지용 알루미늄 페이스트로부터 형성된 후면 전극을 포함하는 태양전지.
