Claims (6)
- 한 쌍의 전극과,
적어도 하나의 전극을 배치하는 기재필름과,
상기 기재필름에 대향하는 상부 필름과,
상기 한 쌍의 전극을 피복 가능하게 배치함과 아울러, 가해진 가압력에 의해 전기특성이 변화하는 감압잉크층과,
상기 기재필름과 상기 상부 필름과의 사이에 개재하는 점착성을 가지는 스페이서를 구비한 감압센서. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스페이서가 상기 한 쌍의 전극에서 상하로부터 끼워 넣어진 감압센서. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기재필름에 한 쌍의 전극을 배치한 감압센서. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서가, 구형도(球形度)가 0.85 ~ 0.98이고, 평균 입자지름은 3㎛ ~ 40㎛의 필러(filler)를 함유하고 있는 감압센서. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서의 재질이 부가반응형(付加反應型) 액상 실리콘계의 수지로 이루어진 감압센서. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극을 카본으로 피복되어 있는 감압센서.
