Claims (18)
- 주물사와;상기 주물사에 혼합되며, 물유리계 점결제 및 산화피막 억제제로 구성된 중자용 점결제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 산화피막 억제제는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(polyethylene glycol), 발삼 수지(balsam resin), 아연 올리에이트(zinc oleate), 알루미늄 스테아레이트(aluminum stearate) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 산화피막 억제제는 0.1 ~ 0.5wt% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,탈사를 향상시키기 위한 탈사용 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 탈사용 첨가제는 콜로이달 실리카와 미분말 실리카와 수분으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 콜로이달 실리카와 상기 미분말 실리카의 혼합 함량은 40 ~ 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 콜로이달 실리카의 입자는 1 ~ 100㎚이고, 상기 미분말 실리카의 입자는 1 ~ 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 미분말 실리카에 대한 상기 콜리이달 실리카의 체적비는 0.8 ~ 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중자용 점결제는 소비톨(sorbitol), 설탕 등의 단당류, 다당류 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중자용 점결제는 상기 주물사의 중량에 비해 1 ~ 5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 물유리계 점결제는 8 ~ 15wt%인 Na2O와 27 ~ 34wt%인 SiO2으로 구성되며, SiO2 : Na2O = 2.4 ~ 3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 주물사와;상기 주물사에 혼합되는 물유리계 점결제 및 탈사용 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 탈사용 첨가제는 콜로이달 실리카와 미분말 실리카와 수분으로 구성되며, 상기 콜로이달 실리카와 상기 미분말 실리카의 혼합 함량은 40 ~ 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 중자용 점결제는 소비톨(sorbitol), 설탕 등의 단당류, 다당류 중 적어 도 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 재료 혼합물.
- (a) 주물사, 물유리계 점결제와 산화피막 억제제로 구성된 중자용 점결제, 1 ~ 100㎚의 입자를 가진 콜로이달 실리카와 1 ~ 20㎛의 입자를 가진 미분말 실리카로 구성된 탈사용 첨가제를 혼련하는 과정;(b) 상기 (a) 과정에서 혼련된 혼합물을 중자 금형에 공급하는 과정;(c) 상기 중자 금형에 열을 공급하여 상기 중자용 점결제를 탈수시켜 중자를 성형하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 제조방법.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,상기 산화피막 억제제는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(polyethylene glycol), 발삼 수지(balsam resin), 아연 올리에이트(zinc oleate), 알루미늄 스테아레이트(aluminum stearate) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하며, 0.1 ∼ 0.5wt% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 제조방법.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 중자용 점결제는 소비톨(sorbitol), 설탕 등의 단당류, 다당류 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자 제조방법.
- 청구항 15의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 주물용 중자.
