Claims (6)
- 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름에 있어서,0.001 내지 0.5의 낮은 굴절율(refractive index) 값의 차이를 갖는 2종의 서로 다른 비상용성 고분자(immiscible polymer)로서 광투과 매질인 제 1 고분자와 광산란 입자인 제 2고분자를 포함하고,상기 제 1 고분자 100중량 대비 30 내지 70중량부의 상기 제 2 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2종의 서로 다른 비상용성 고분자는 상기 제 1 고분자 및 상기 제 2 고분자를 용매로 혼합시킨 다음 상기 용매를 건조시켰을 때 50 내지 200 NTU의 백탁도 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2종의 서로 다른 비상용성 고분자는 물리적으로 서로 섞이지 않고 상분리가 발생하여 연속상과 분산상의 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 분산상의 형태는 구형 또는 구형에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제 1 고분자 및 상기 제 2 고분자는 각각 PMMA(poly methyl methacrylate), PS(poly styrene), PC(poly carbonate), 폴리에스테르, 페녹시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지 또는 실리콘 수지 중에서 적어도 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 2종의 서로 다른 비상용성 고분자가 형성하는 단면형태학의 분산상 또는 연속상의 추가적인 상분리 현상을 방지하고 단면형태학을 고정하기 위해서 상기 제1종 고분자 및 상기 제2종 고분자 100중량 대비 5내지 95중량부의 에너지선 경화형 저분자 아크릴레이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름을 제조하는 방법으로서,코팅 또는 압출을 통해 상기 제 1 고분자는 연속상을 이루고 상기 제 2 고분자는 분산상을 이루도록 고분자 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고효율의 광확산 고분자 필름의 제조방법.
