Claims (10)
- 전이 금속의 탄질화물을, 산소를 포함하는 불활성 가스 중에서 가열하는 공정 (I)과, 상기 공정 (I)에서 얻어진 생성물을, 실질적으로 산소를 포함하지 않는 불활성 가스 중에서 가열하는 공정 (II)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (I)에서의 가열 온도가 400 내지 1200℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (II)에서의 가열 온도가 800 내지 1400℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (II)에서의 가열 온도가, 상기 공정 (I)에서의 가열 온도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (II)에서의 가열 온도와 상기 공정 (I)에서의 가열 온도의 차(공정 (II)에서의 가열 온도 - 공정 (I)에서의 가열 온도)가 1℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (I)에서의 불활성 가스 중의 산소 농도가 0.1 내지 10용량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (I)에서의 불활성 가스가, 수소를 4용량% 이하의 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지용 촉매.
