Claims (4)
- 디젤엔진과 상기 디젤엔진의 배기관로와 연결되어 입자상 물질의 배출을 방지하는 매연저감장치를 포함하는 엔진룸의 과열가스 온도 저감장치에 있어서,상기 엔진룸의 일측에 관통형성되는 관통공;일단은 상기 매연저감장치와 연결되고 타단은 상기 관통공을 통해서 상기 엔진룸 외부로 연장되며 상기 매연저감장치의 재생시 배출된 과열가스를 외부로 배출시키는 테일파이프;상기 엔진룸 일측에 구비되어 외부의 공기를 유입시켜 기류를 생성시키는 냉각팬; 및상기 관통공과 결합되어 상기 테일 파이프의 외경을 감싸 이격 공간을 형성하여 상기 테일 파이프와의 직접적인 접촉을 방지하고 상기 기류를 흡입 후 분산을 방지하여 상기 과열가스의 온도를 낮추는 디퓨져를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진룸의 과열가스 온도 저감장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 테일 파이프는, 상기 과열가스가 상기 엔진룸 내부로 역류하는 것을 방지시키고 상기 기류를 상기 테일 파이프 내부로 유입시켜 상기 과열가스와 잘 혼합되도록 상기 테일 파이프의 외주면을 내측으로 절곡한 다수의 가이드를 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진룸의 과열가스 온도 저감장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 디퓨져는, 상기 디퓨져 내에서 상기 기류를 상기 테일 파이프에서 배출되는 상기 과열가스와 혼합시키거나 또는 상기 기류가 상기 테일 파이프 내부로 유입되게 하여 상기 과열가스의 온도를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진룸의 과열가스 온도 저감장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 디퓨져는, 상기 관통공과의 결합을 완전히 밀봉하여 상기 기류의 유출을 막는 실링부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진룸의 과열가스 온도 저감장치.
