도 1a는 본 발명에 따른 머플러의 주위 벽의 개략도이다.
도 2는 도 1에 따른 머플러의 중간 영역의 확대도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 1 패스 머플러의 부분적인 횡단면도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 두 개의 상이한 실시예에 따른 삽입 부품으로 유입 튜브의 결합 영역을 통과하는 단면도이다.
도 6은 다른 실시예에 따른 삽입 부품으로 유입 튜브의 결합 영역을 통과하는 횡단면도를 개략적으로 도시한다.
Claims (8)
- 자동차 머플러로서,
대향하는 외부 말단 벽(3, 5) 및 시트 금속 부품을 코일링함으로써 형성된 폐쇄된 외부 주위 벽(7)을 포함하는 외부 머플러 하우징;
사전 조립된 유니트를 형성하며 상기 외부 머플러 하우징에 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 머플러 삽입 부품;
적어도 하나의 유입 튜브(31); 및
적어도 하나의 배출 튜브(21, 39)
를 포함하고, 상기 머플러 내부로 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브들 중 하나(31)는 상기 주위 벽(7) 및 상기 머플러 삽입 부품에 고정되고, 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브(31)는 기계적인 변형에 의해서 상기 머플러 삽입 부품에 고정되며, 상기 머플러 삽입 부품은 챔버의 형성을 위해 적어도 하나의 내부 말단 벽(11, 13, 17, 19)을 갖고, 상기 내부 말단 벽(11, 13, 19)에 고정되는 지지 벽(23)을 가지며, 상기 지지 벽(23) 상에 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브(31)가 안착되는 것인 자동차 머플러. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 벽(23)은 두 개의 내부 말단 벽(11, 13, 19) 사이에 위치설정되어 고정되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브(31)는 상기 머플러 삽입 부품 상에 프레스되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브(31)는 튜브의 전체 원주를 따라 상기 머플러 삽입 부품에 연결되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 연장되는 상기 튜브(31)는, 상기 머플러 삽입 부품과 연결되기 위해서, 튜브 내부로부터 시작하여 기계적으로 변형되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주위 벽(7)을 관통하여 머플러 내부로 돌출하는 두 개의 튜브(31)가 마련되고, 이 튜브(31)는 튜브의 자유 단부에서 두 개의 이웃한 삽입 부품에 고정되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 벽(23)은 돌출부(29)를 포함하는 것인 자동차 머플러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 머플러의 내부는 2개의 절반부로 나뉘어지고, 이들 절반부는 삽입 부품의 말단 벽(11, 13)에 의해 분리되며, 개구부를 구비하는 추가적인 말단 벽(17, 19)이 각 절반부에 제공되는 것인 자동차 머플러.
