Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물.여기서,환 a는 2개의 인접환과 축합하는 식(a1) 또는 (a2)로 표현되는 방향환 또는 복소환을 나타내고, 환 a'는 3개의 인접환과 축합하는 식(a1)로 표현되는 방향환 또는 복소환을 나타내며, X는 CH 또는 N을 나타낸다. 환 b는 2개의 인접환과 축합 하는 식(b1)로 표현되는 복소환을 나타내고,Ar1은 방향족 복소환기로 이루어지는 m+n가의 기를 나타내며,L은 독립적으로, 치환 혹은 미치환의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내고,적어도 하나는 축환 구조를 가지며,R은 독립적으로, 수소, 알킬기, 아랄킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 시아노기, 디알킬아미노기, 디아릴아미노기, 디아랄킬아미노기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 아실기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 알콕실기, 알킬술포닐기, 할로알킬기, 수산기, 아미드기, 또는 치환 혹은 미치환의 방향족 탄화수소기 혹은 방향족 복소환기를 나타내고,m은 1을 나타내며, n은 1 또는 2를 나타낸다.
- 기판상에 적층된 양극과 음극 사이에, 발광층을 가지는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 상기 발광층이, 인광 발광성 도펀트와 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물을 호스트 재료로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,양극과 발광층 사이에 정공 주입 수송층을 가지고, 음극과 발광층 사이에 전자 주입 수송층을 가지고 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서,발광층과 전자 주입 수송층 사이에 정공 저지층을 가지고 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
