Claims (5)
- 전체 세공(細孔) 용적이 0.45~1.0㎤/g이며, 또한, 세공 직경 2.5㎚ 이하의 영역에 세공 분포의 피크(최대치)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,세공 직경 5~25㎚의 합계 세공 용적(V1)과 세공 직경 2~25㎚의 합계 세공 용적(V2)의 비 (V1)/(V2)가, 0.25~0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,전이 금속 또는 비금속(卑金屬)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔.
- 규산 알칼리 수용액에 무기산 수용액을 가하여, pH10.5~11.5에서 졸을 형성한 후, 겔화시켜, 숙성 전 실리카히드로겔을 얻는 겔화 공정과,상기 숙성 전 실리카히드로겔을, pH4~7에서 1차 숙성하고, 1차 숙성 실리카히드로겔을 얻는 1차 숙성 공정과,상기 1차 숙성 실리카히드로겔을, pH0.5~2에서 2차 숙성하고, 2차 숙성 실리카히드로겔을 얻는 2차 숙성 공정과,상기 2차 숙성 실리카히드로겔을 건조하여, 실리카겔을 얻는 건조 공정을 가 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 2차 숙성 공정을, 전이 금속염 또는 비금속염의 존재하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카겔의 제조 방법.
