Claims (10)
- 액체 공급부, 상기 액체 공급부에 연결되는 제1 챔버 및 상기 제1 챔버에 연결되는 액체 토출부를 포함하는 제1 플레이트;적어도 상기 제1 플레이트의 상기 제1 챔버 상에 설치되어 상기 제1 챔버의 일측을 설정하는 유연 구동막;상기 유연 구동막을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 플레이트와 서로 마주하면서 상기 제1 챔버 반대측에 제2 챔버를 형성하는 제2 플레이트; 및상기 액체 공급부를 상기 유연 구동막 측으로 돌출 형성하는 범프를 포함하는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유연 구동막은 상기 제1 플레이트와 상기 제2 플레이트에 대응하여 형성되는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 유연 구동막은,상기 제1 플레이트와 상기 제2 플레이트 사이에 고정되는 고정부와,상기 제1 챔버 및 상기 제2 챔버 사이서 펌핑 작용하는 구동부를 포함하는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 유연 구동막은 PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)로 형성되는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 구동부의 일측인 상기 제1 챔버는 액체를 공급하여 토출하는 액체 챔버를 형성하고,상기 구동부의 다른 일측인 상기 제2 챔버는 부압과 정압을 형성하는 공압 챔버를 형성하는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 챔버와 상기 제2 챔버는 동일 중심선 상에서 동일 크기의 면적으로 형성되는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 챔버는 원통형 홈으로 형성되고,상기 범프는 상기 유연 구동막의 중심에 대응하여 원통형으로 돌출 형성되는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 제1 챔버의 바닥을 기준으로,상기 범프의 돌출 높이는 상기 제1 챔버의 홈 높이보다 낮게 형성되는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 공급부는 상기 제1 챔버 내에 연결되는 인입구를 포함하며,상기 범프는 상기 제1 챔버의 바닥에서 상기 유연 구동막 측으로 돌출 형성되어, 상기 인입구를 상기 유연 구동막 측으로 연장하는 공압 디스펜서.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 액체 토출부는 상기 제1 챔버에 연결되는 토출구를 포함하며,상기 제1 챔버는 상기 토출구에 연결하는 유로를 더 포함하는 공압 디스펜서.
