Claims (15)
- 일측에 개구부가 마련되고 내부에 광원을 수용하는 바텀샤시(Bottom Chassis)와, 상기 광원에서 발산된 빛의 광학적 특성을 개선하기 위하여 상기 개구부에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 광학재를 포함하는 디스플레이장치에 있어서,상기 바텀샤시와 일체로 형성된 일체형지지대와, 상기 일체형지지대에 결합된 상기 광학재의 유동이 방지되도록 상기 바텀샤시에 결합되는 분리형지지대를 포함하는 광학재고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광학재고정부는,상기 광학재를 정위치로 유도하기 위하여 상기 바텀샤시에서 돌출된 위치가이드부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 위치가이드부는,상기 광학재가 결합된 상태에서 상기 광학재의 모서리와 접하는 기단부와,상기 기단부에서 연장되어 상기 광학재가 결합되는 과정에서 상기 광학재의 모서리와 접하는 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 위치가이드부는,상기 일체형지지대의 양 끝단에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 일체형지지대는,상기 바텀샤시의 적어도 어느 한 모서리부에 마련되며,상기 광학재 전체의 두께 이상 상기 모서리부를 따라 돌출된 제 1리브와,상기 제 1리브에서 상기 바텀샤시의 내측 방향으로 절곡되어 마련된 제 2리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분리형지지대는,상기 일체형지지대와 상호 간섭되지 않으며 상기 바텀샤시에 결합될 수 있도록 마련되며,상기 바텀샤시에 결합되는 제 3리브와,상기 제 3리브의 일측이 절곡되어 상기 광학재를 가압하는 제 4리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 바텀샤시에는 적어도 하나의 걸림돌기가 마련되며,상기 제 3리브에는 상기 걸림돌기에 걸림결합되는 결합공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광학재고정부는,상기 빛의 반사로 인하여 상기 광학재에 발생하는 명암의 변화를 방지하는 반사억제구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 반사억제구조는,상기 빛의 굴절방향을 변경시켜 상기 광학재고정부를 향하여 입사되는 상기 빛이 상기 광학재고정부 내부를 향하여 반사되도록 하는 반사각변형부인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 반사억제구조는,상기 광학재고정부 내측으로 입사된 상기 빛을 흡수하는 광흡수부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 반사억제구조는,상기 광학재고정부 내측으로 상기 빛이 입사되지 않도록 상기 빛을 반사시키는 반사돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 일측에 개구부가 마련되고 내부에 광원을 수용하되, 상기 광원에서 발산된 빛을 상기 개구부 측으로 유도하는 광반사성재질로 형성된 바텀샤시;상기 광원에서 발산된 빛의 광학적 특성을 개선하기 위하여 상기 개구부에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 광학재; 및상기 바텀샤시와 일체로 형성된 일체형지지대와, 상기 일체형지지대에 결합된 상기 광학재의 유동이 방지되도록 상기 바텀샤시에 결합되는 분리형지지대를 포함하는 광학재고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 광반사성재질은,유리섬유(Glass Fiber)가 10 내지 20 퍼센트 포함된 폴리카보네이트(Poly Carbonate, PC)인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 광학재고정부는,상기 광학재를 정위치로 유도하기 위하여 상기 바텀샤시에서 돌출된 위치가이드부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 광학재고정부는,상기 빛의 반사로 인하여 상기 광학재에 발생하는 명암변동을 방지하는 반사억제구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
