Claims (5)
- 발포체 본체와 그 외부를 둘러싼 외피재로 이루어진 폴리우레탄패널 마감재에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄패널 마감재는 일 측면에 다수 개의 요부(凹部) 조립부 또는 철부(凸部) 조립부가 형성되며, 그리고 타 측면이 평면으로 이루어진 구조이고,상기 외피재는 합성수지제 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄패널 마감재.
- 발포체 본체와 그 외부를 둘러싼 외피재로 이루어진 폴리우레탄패널 마감재에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄패널 마감재는 일 측면에 다수 개의 요부(凹部) 조립부 또는 철부(凸部) 조립부가 형성되며, 그리고 타 측면에 상기 일 측면과 대응되는 부분에 철부(凸部) 조립부 또는 요부(凹部) 조립부가 형성된 구조이고,상기 외피재는 합성수지제 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄패널 마감재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외피재의 소재는 합성수지제 필름으로 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐로 이루어진 군에서 1종을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포패널 마감재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조립부는 요부(凹部) 조립부의 형태가 2~5개인 것을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포패널 마감재.
- 발포체 본체와 그 외부를 둘러싼 외피재로 이루어진 폴리우레탄패널 마감재의 제조방법에 있어서,다수 개의 요부(凹部) 조립부 또는 철부(凸部) 조립부가 형성된 하형 캐비티의 바닥 면에 하부 합성수지제 필름을 전개시키는 단계(100);상기에서 전개시킨 하부 합성수지제 필름의 상부에 발포제 조성물을 주입시키는 단계(200);주입된 발포제 조성물의 상부에 상부 합성수지제 필름을 덮는 단계(300);하형과 상형을 형합시키는 단계(400);하형과 상형을 형합시킨 금형에 가열하여 발포제 조성물을 발포시켜 성형물 을 제조하는 단계(500);를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄패널 마감재의 제조방법.
