Claims (3)
- 우레탄패널과 우레탄패널 사이의 연결 부위에 각각 설치되어 우레탄패널과 우레판패널을 상호 결합하는 것으로 이루어지는 우레탄패널의 마감재에 있어서,한쪽 면의 중앙부에 길이 방향으로 형성되는 삽입부(11a)가 구비됨과 아울러 다른쪽 면의 중앙부에 상기 삽입부(11a)와 대응되도록 형성되는 돌출부(11b)가 구비되는 폴리우레탄폼의 본체(11), 상기 본체(11)의 표면을 감싸서 접착되는 표면시트(12)로 이루어지되,상기 표면시트(12)는 PE필름(12a)의 한쪽 면에 우레탄접착제를 도포 또는 코팅 건조하여 외부접착층(12b)을 형성하고, 상기 PE필름(12a)의 다른쪽 면에 우레탄접착제를 도포 또는 코팅 건조하여 내부접착층(12c)을 형성하여 상기 본체(11)가 발포됨과 동시에 내부접착층(12c)에 부착되는 것으로 이루어지되,상기 PE필름(12a)과 외부접착층(12b) 사이와 상기 PE필름(12a)과 내부접착층(12c) 사이 중의 어느 한 곳에 부직포(12d)를 일체로 개재하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 우레탄패널의 마감재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부직포(12d)는 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm 두께로 형성되고, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 재질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 우레탄패널의 마감재.
