Claims (5)
- 석회질원(CaO)과 알루미나질원(Al2O3)을 3/1 내지 12/7의 CaO/Al2O3 몰비로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;상기의 혼합물을 1,000 내지 1,400℃로 1차 소성시킨 후, 급랭시켜 알루민산칼슘류 수화성 혼합물을 합성하는 단계;상기의 알루민산칼슘류 수화성 혼합물에 물을 가하여 수화시켜 CaO-Al2O3-H2O계 수화물을 제조하는 단계;상기의 CaO-Al2O3-H2O계 수화물을 300 내지 1,500℃의 온도로 2차 소성한 후 급랭하여 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커를 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석회질원이 석회석, 패각류, 대리석, 니회석, 산호, 불가사리 등 산화칼슘을 주성분으로 하는 천연물질 또는 폐석회와 같은 산화칼슘을 주성분으로 하는 산업 부산물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나질원이 보크사이트, 수산화알루미늄 등 산화알루미늄을 주성분으로 하는 물질 또는 알미늄드로스, 정유 폐촉매와 같이 산화알루미늄을 주광물로 하는 산업 부산물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커가 C3A 또는 C12A7인 것을 특징으로 하는 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석회질원과 알루미나질원의 혼합 단계 또는 수화물 제조단계에서 CaF2 및 CaSO4로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 칼슘화합물을 추가로 첨가하여 불소 또는 황이 함유된 CaO-Al2O3-CaF2계 및 CaO-Al2O3-CaSO4계 수화성 광물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CaO-Al2O3계 클링커의 제조 방법.
