Claims (6)
- 실렉트 방향으로 실렉트 축선을 향하여 배치된 샤프트부와 상기 샤프트부로부터 그 반경 방향으로 돌출한 암부를 포함하는 시프트 부재와;변속 기어부 내의 기어의 시프트 조작을 행하는 시프트 포크부와;상기 시프트 포크부에 결합되며, 시프트 방향으로 시프트 축선을 향하여 마련되는 복수의 시프트 레일 부재와;상기 시프트 레일 부재로부터 돌출하고 상기 암부와 대향 가능한 시프트 러그 부재를 포함하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템에 있어서,상기 시프트 부재의 암부는 실렉트 및 기어 시프트 이동을 하여 실렉트한 시프트 러그 부재를 가압하고, 그 결과 상기 시프트 러그 부재와 연동되어 가압되는 상기 시프트 포크부에 의해 목표 변속단으로의 기어 시프트가 달성되며,상기 시프트 러그 부재는 주상부를 포함하고,상기 암부는 실렉트 축선 방향으로 실렉트 이동하여 상기 시프트 러그 부재를 실렉트하고, 뒤이어 실렉트 축선 주위로 요동하여실렉트한 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부 일방의 측방으로부터 시프트 방향으로 가압력을 가하여 상기 시프트 러그 부재와 연동하는 시프트 레일 부재의 시프트 포크부가 시프트 진입 조작을 수행하도록 하고,상기 주상부의 타방의 측방으로부터 시프트 방향으로 가압력을 가하여 상기 시프트 러그 부재와 연동하는 시프트 레일 부재의 시프트 포크부가 시프트 빼기 조 작을 수행하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부는 시프트 방향으로 서로 상반하는 한 쌍의 측면부를 가지며,상기 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부 일방의 측면부로부터 상기 시프트 부재의 암부에 의해 가압력이 가하여지면, 상기 시프트 러그 부재와 연동하는 시프트 레일 부재의 시프트 포크부는 시프트 진입 조작을 수행하고,타방의 측면부로부터 가압력이 가하여지면 기어 시프트 빼기 조작을 수행하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부는 상기 시프트 레일 부재로부터 시프트 방향에 대해 개략 수직으로 돌출하고,상기 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부는, 상기 시프트 레일 부재의 시프트 포크부가 중립 상태인 때에, 상기 시프트 러그 부재의 주상부의 돌출 방향 중심 축선과 상기 암부의 회전축인 실렉트 축선이 교차하도록 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자동 변속기는 제 1의 그룹과 제 2의 그룹으로 분할되는 복수의 변속 기어단, 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 그룹과 각각 관련된 제 1 및 제 2의 주축을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 주축은 듀얼 클러치를 통해 엔진 구동력 전달축에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,제 1의 그룹의 각 변속 기어단을 시프트하는 암부가 상기 샤프트부의 제 1의 위치에 형성되고, 제 2의 그룹의 각 변속 기어단을 시프트하는 암부가 상기 샤프트부의 제 2의 위치에 형성되며, 상기 제 1의 위치와 상기 제 2의 위치는 실렉트 방향으로 소정 간격 떨어져서 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 기어 변경 제어 시스템.
- 실렉트 방향으로 연장하며, 상기 샤프트의 방사 방향으로 돌출하며 상기 샤프트의 축에 대해 회전 가능한 샤프트; 및시프트 러크가 돌출하는 시프트 방향으로 연장하는 레일을 포함하며,상기 시프트 러그는 상기 시프트 방향에서 서로 대향하는 제 1 및 제 2의 면을 구비하고,상기 암이 회전하여 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 면 중 하나를 가압하면, 시프트 진입 동작 또는 시프트 빼기 동작이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 변경 컨트롤러.
