Claims (10)
- 경사 및 위사 중의 적어도 어느 한쪽에 유리섬유로 이루어지는 숭고사를 사용한 직포와, 상기 직포에 함침된 고무로 이루어지는 섬유-고무 복합 재료층을 구비하고,상기 섬유-고무 복합 재료층의 내부에 공극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 섬유-고무 복합 재료층중의 상기 직포를 구성하는 섬유에 대한 상기 고무의 체적 비율이, 5 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 섬유-고무 복합 재료층중의 상기 직포를 구성하는 섬유에 대한 상기 고무의 체적 비율이, 5 내지 35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 섬유-고무 복합 재료층의 공극률이, 20 내지 65%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 경사 및 위사의 양자가, 숭고사인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 직포는, 1중직 또는 다중직된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 숭고사는 벌키 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고무는, 불소 고무, EPM, EPDM, 수소화 니트릴 고무, 실리콘 고무, 아크릴 고무 및 부틸 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 고무 또는 2종 이상의 고무의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 섬유-고무 복합 재료로 이루어지는 층을 1층 이상과, 직포, 부직포, 종이, 필름, 박, 시트 및 판중에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 1층 이상을 적층 일체화하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재.
- 경사 및 위사 중의 적어도 어느 한쪽에 유리섬유로 이루어지는 숭고사를 사용한 직포를 준비하는 공정과,상기 직포에 미가황 고무 용액을 침투시키는 공정과,상기 직포에 침투된 상기 미가황 고무 용액을 건조시키는 공정과,건조된 미가황 고무를 가황하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 프레스용 쿠션재의 제조 방법.
