Claims (4)
- 도어용 무동력 나선형의 록킹 메커니즘으로서, 가변성의 리드각(lead angle)을 갖는 나사와 자기-적응적 너트(self-adaptive nut)로 이루어지며; 가변성 리드각을 갖는 상기 나사는 동력원(power source)에 연결되고, 상기 자기-적응적 너트는 도어에 연결되며; 가변성의 리드각을 갖는 상기 나사의 나사 슬롯(screw slot)은 세 개의 구간으로 나뉘며, 그것의 하나는 마찰각(friction angle)보다 큰 상기 나선형의 리드각을 갖는 작동구간이고, 다른 하나는 마찰각 보다 작은 상기 나선형 리드각을 갖는 록킹구간이고, 또 다른 하나는 상기 두 개의 구간들 사이 간의 천이구간이며; 상기 동력원은 양 방향으로 회전하도록 가변성의 리드각을 갖는 상기 나사를 구동시키며; 상기 자기-적응적 너트는 연결된 주축 슬리브(spindle sleeve), 핀 샤프트(pin shaft) 및 다른 부품들을 포함하여 구성하며, 상기 자기-적응적 너트는 상기 가변성 리드각을 갖는 나사와 조립되어 나사 키네마틱 쌍(screw kinematic pair)으로 형성되고, 상기 자기-적응적 너트 내의 상기 핀 샤프트는 가변성 리드각을 갖는 나사의 나사 슬롯 내로 깊게 삽입되고 상기 나사 슬롯과 직선접촉하며, 리드각을 갖는 상기 핀 샤프트와 나사 슬롯은 조화된 나사 쌍(matched screw pair)을 형성하여 동력 및 움직임 전달을 실현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 무동력 나선형의 록킹 메커니즘.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가변성의 리드각을 갖는 상기 나사의 상기 록킹구간 은 상기 마찰각보다 크지 않는 리드각을 갖는 나사 슬롯인 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 무동력 나선형의 록킹 메커니즘.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가변성의 리드각을 갖는 상기 나사의 상기 나사 슬롯은 싱글헤드(single head) 또는 멀티플 헤드(multiple heads)인 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 무동력 나선형의 록킹 메커니즘.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 핀 샤프트(pin shaft) 및 상기 주축 슬리브(spindle sleeve)는 고정식 또는 회전식 연결을 채택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 무동력 나선형의 록킹 메커니즘.
