Abstract

本发明是无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征是变升角螺杆的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角螺旋槽,末端连接锁闭段;自适应螺母由螺套和接触销联接而成;自适应螺母与普通螺母通过连接套周向转动联接,自适应螺母与普通螺母通过销轴向刚性联接;扭簧一端与连接套相连,扭簧的另一端与普通螺母相连;变升角螺杆与电机输出轴联接,门与自适应螺母联接。优点:门机的锁闭及解锁均无需额外的动力源,仅依靠螺杆自身的正、反向转动实现自适应螺母的锁闭与自解锁,由于门与自适应螺母相连,实现门的锁闭与无源自解锁;依靠螺旋升角小于摩擦角的原理而使螺杆锁住螺母,即可靠地锁住了门,不会由于振动等原因而解锁;门的锁闭机构零件少、加工精度低、结构简单、便于维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,属于机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
螺旋传动门机应用非常广泛,如各种车辆门、屏蔽门、民用门等。所有螺旋传动的门机均存在门的锁闭与解锁问题。目前,国内外螺旋传动的门机常用各种制动器、或者由电磁、液压、气动等方式驱动的锁进行门机的锁闭与解锁,其解锁往往需要另外的动力源。上述门机锁闭装置多数存在机构复杂、费用高、可靠性差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述存在的缺陷,提出一种简单可靠、操作方便的无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,实现螺旋传动门机的锁闭和无源自解锁。
本发明的技术解决方案:其结构包括变升角螺杆、普通螺母、扭簧、螺套、接触销及手动解锁部分。变升角螺杆的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角高效率传动的螺旋槽,其末端连接一小段螺旋升角小于摩擦角的螺旋槽而形成锁闭段。所述的自适应螺母由螺套和接触销联接而成。由于接触销与螺旋槽是线接触,故接触销可以与任意升角的螺杆形成相匹配的螺旋副而实现传递动力和运动。当接触销与螺套是刚性连接时,接触销与螺杆是滑动摩擦;当接触销与螺套是转动连接时,接触销与螺杆是滚动摩擦。接触销的数目可与变升角螺杆的螺纹头数一致。门的锁闭与解锁是通过自适应螺母进入、退出变升角螺杆的锁闭区来实现的。手动关门时,借助于普通螺母与自适应螺母的相对转动来实现门锁闭。
本发明的优点:无源:门机的锁闭及解锁均无需额外的动力源,仅依靠螺杆自身的正、反向转动实现自适应螺母的锁闭与自解锁,由于门与自适应螺母相连,从而实现门的锁闭与无源自解锁;可靠:依靠螺旋升角小于摩擦角的原理而使螺杆锁住螺母,即可靠地锁住了门,不会由于振动等原因而解锁;简单:门的锁闭机构零件少、加工精度低、结构简单、便于维修。

图1、2中的1是变升角螺杆、2是普通螺母、3是扭簧、4是连接套、5是销、6是接触销、7是螺套、8是A键、9是全齿齿轮、10是滑轮、11是滑轮轴、12是复位扭簧、13是钢索钉、14是钢索、15是B键、16是部分齿齿轮。
具体实施方式
对照图1,其结构包括变升角螺杆1、普通螺母2、扭簧3、连接套4、销5、接触销6、螺套7,其中变升角螺杆1的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角螺旋槽,末端连接锁闭段;自适应螺母由螺套7和接触销6联接而成;自适应螺母与普通螺母2通过连接套4周向转动联接,自适应螺母与普通螺母2通过销5轴向刚性联接;扭簧3一端与连接套4相连,扭簧3另一端与普通螺母2相连;变升角螺杆1与电机输出轴联接,门与自适应螺母联接。
电动关门时,变升角螺杆1正转带动自适应螺母由大升角段向锁闭段运动,直至进入锁闭段门锁闭。电动开门时,变升角螺杆1反转带动自适应螺母离开锁闭段并反向运动完成开门。手动关门时,自适应螺母移动带动变升角螺杆1正转,当接触销6处于螺杆1锁闭段的临界位置时,扭簧3的扭力使普通螺母2与变升角螺杆1一道相对于自适应螺母转动一个角度,使自适应螺母进入锁闭段,完成手动关门并锁闭。
变升角螺杆1可以是柱形的也可以是锥形的。
变升角螺杆1的锁闭段是一段升角不大于摩擦角的螺旋槽,此升角还有一个变形,即沿变升角螺杆周向的压力角,这两种情况均可以将门锁闭。
变升角螺杆1上螺旋槽头数可以是单头的,也可以是多头的。
接触销6与螺套7可以是刚性连接,也可以是转动连接。
当手动开门时,只要设计一个可以让变升角螺杆1反转的装置即可。对照图2,以齿轮传动装置为例,手动解锁装置包括:变升角螺杆1、A键8、全齿齿轮9、滑轮10、滑轮轴11、复位扭簧12、钢索钉13、钢索14、B键15、部分齿齿轮16。其中全齿齿轮9与变升角螺杆1之间用A键8联接,部分齿齿轮16与滑轮轴通过B键15联接,滑轮10与滑轮轴11通过钢索钉连接,全齿齿轮9与部分齿齿轮16可完成齿轮传动。钢索14的一端绕在与滑轮刚性联接的钢索钉13上,钢索14的另一端与手柄相连。复位扭簧12的一端与固定不动的机架相连,复位扭簧12的另一端与滑轮轴11相连。
装配初始时,扭簧处于自由状态。手柄可安装在车厢的适当位置。无需手动解锁时,部分齿齿轮16的无齿部分与全齿齿轮9相对。手动解锁时,拉动手柄通过钢索14带动滑轮10转动。滑轮10转动时,使复位扭簧12获得使滑轮10复位的扭力,同时使部分齿齿轮16的有齿部分与全齿齿轮9啮合。齿轮传动带动变升角螺杆1反转,从而实现手动解锁,完成手动开门。
本发明的工作过程:
□当电动关门时,变升角螺杆正转驱动自适应螺母由升角螺杆段向螺杆锁闭段运动,一旦自适应螺母进入螺杆锁闭段,便实现了关门的动作,并使门自动锁闭;
□当电动开门时,变升角螺杆反转驱动自适应螺母由螺杆锁闭段向大升角螺杆段运动,一旦自适应螺母退出螺杆锁闭段,便实现了门的自动解锁,继而实现了开门的动作。
□当手动关门时,与电动关门情况不同之处是螺母驱动变升角螺杆。自适应螺母的周向转动连接一个与变升角螺杆大升角段相匹配的普通螺母,自适应螺母的轴向与该普通螺母刚性连接。普通螺母外部装一扭簧,该扭簧的一端与普通螺母相连,另一端与自适应螺母相连。当自适应螺母处于螺杆锁闭段的临界位置时,扭簧的扭力使普通螺母与变升角螺杆一道相对于自适应螺母转动一个角度,使自适应螺母进入锁闭段,完成手动关门并锁闭之。即锁闭依靠普通螺母和变升角螺杆与自适应螺母之间的相对转动来实现的。
□当手动开门时,只要设计一个可以让变升角螺杆反转的装置,使自适应螺母退出螺杆锁闭段就可以实现手动解锁,继而实现了开门的动作。
本发明适用于所有螺旋传动门的锁闭。

Claims (5)

1、无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征是变升角螺杆的螺旋槽分两段,一段是大升角螺旋槽,末端连接锁闭段;自适应螺母由螺套和接触销联接而成;自适应螺母与普通螺母通过连接套周向转动联接,自适应螺母与普通螺母通过销轴向刚性联接;扭簧一端与连接套相连,扭簧另一端与普通螺母相连;变升角螺杆与电机输出轴联接,门与自适应螺母联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征在于:变升角螺杆的锁闭段是一段升角不大于摩擦角的螺旋槽,此升角还有一个变形,即沿变升角螺杆周向的压力角。
3、根据权利要求1所述的无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征在于:变升角螺杆可以是柱形的也可以是锥形的。
4、根据权利要求1所述的无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征在于:变升角螺杆上螺旋槽头数可以是单头的,也可以是多头的。
5、根据权利要求1所述的无源螺旋门机锁闭机构,其特征在于:接触销与螺套可以是刚性连接,也可以是转动连接。
