Abstract

Un mecanismo de cierre helicoidal sin energía para puerta incluye un tornillo (1) con ángulo guía variable conectado con una fuente de energía (11) y una tuerca autoadaptable (19) conectada a la puerta (10), en donde, la ranura helicoidal del tornillo está dividida en tres secciones: una sección es una sección de trabajo con el ángulo guía helicoidal mayor que el ángulo de fricción, una sección es una sección de cierre con el ángulo guía helicoidal menor que el ángulo de fricción, y la sección de transición entre las dos secciones, la fuente de energía (11) acciona el tornillo para que gire bidireccionalmente, la tuerca autoadaptable (19) consiste de un manguito portahuesillo (7), un eje de espiga (5) y otras partes, la tuerca y el tornillo están ensamblados a un par cinemático helicoidal, en donde el eje de espiga está metido en la ranura helicoidal del tornillo y en contacto lineal con la ranura del tornillo, haciendo que el eje de espiga y la ranura helicoidal del ángulo guía helicoidal formen el par helicoidal coincidente para transferir energía y movimiento.
