Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其结构包括变导程螺杆、滑套、伸出物;其中滑套、伸出物装配成自适应螺母,自适应螺母与变导程螺杆旋合。变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的导程是可以变化的。变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的头数既可以是单头的,也可以是多头的。当驱动伸出物与滑套之间刚性联接时,构成滑动摩擦螺旋副;当驱动伸出物与滑套之间是转动联接时,构成滚动摩擦螺旋副。本发明的优点:结构简单,加工方便、成本低廉,有效地解决了变导程螺旋传动问题。本发明仅依靠螺杆导程的变化,就可实现变速传动、非自锁传动与自锁传动相互切换等多种运动的组合,且只要是螺旋传动的场合就能适用,其应用前景广阔。

自适应变导程螺旋传动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,该机构可用于变导程螺旋传递动力和运动,属于机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
螺旋传动在生产实际中已经得到广泛应用。普通螺旋传动中其螺旋副的导程一般是不变的,且螺旋副中螺杆和螺母的导程必须相同,即传统螺旋传动中螺母与螺杆不能自适应变导程传动。目前已有的变导程螺旋传动主要用于消除间隙和调整预紧的结构形式。该结构是用在同一螺母内的两列循环间,使其导程变位一定量,以实现消除间隙与预紧;靠改变钢球的直径调整预紧力。螺母的结构非常复杂、加工难度较大,这在一定程度上限制了变导程螺旋传动的应用范围。
现代数控加工技术加工变导程的螺杆是完全可行的,但是,现有的螺母不能和变导程的螺杆旋合而完成变导程螺旋传动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷,提出一种自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,它可以实现变导程螺旋传动。仅依靠螺杆导程的变化,实现变速传动、非自锁传动与自锁传动相互切换等多种运动的组合,且只要是螺旋传动的场合就能适用。
本发明的技术解决方案:其结构包括变导程螺杆、滑套、伸出物;其中滑套、伸出物装配成自适应螺母,在滑套上有圆柱形孔,伸出物插入该圆柱形孔内,并凸出滑套的内表面,自适应螺母与变导程螺杆构成螺旋传动副。
本发明的优点:本发明结构简单,加工方便、成本低廉,有效地解决了变导程螺旋传动问题。本发明仅依靠螺杆导程的变化,就可实现变速传动、非自锁传动与自锁传动相互切换等多种运动的组合,且只要是螺旋传动的场合就能适用,其应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
对照附图1,自适应变导程螺旋传动机构包括变导程螺杆3、滑套2、伸出物1;其中滑套2、伸出物1装配成自适应螺母,自适应螺母与变导程螺杆旋合构成螺旋副。
所述的变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的导程是可以变化的。
所述的变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的头数既可以是单头的,也可以是多头的,只要伸出物的数量与螺旋槽的头数相等即可。
伸出物1在变导程螺杆3的螺旋槽内相对运动而形成螺旋副,伸出物1可以沿变导程螺杆3的螺旋槽运动实现动力和运动的传递。当伸出物1与滑套2是刚性联接时,螺旋副是滑动摩擦;当伸出物1与滑套2是转动联接时,螺旋副是滚动摩擦。
对照附图2,可以清晰地看出螺杆的导程是变化的。在大导程段,传动效率高;在小导程段,传动速度减慢;当导程小到一定程度时,可以自锁。同一螺旋转副传动,可以同时实现变速传动、自锁传动与非自锁传动的切换等多种运动的组合。
对照附图3,可知变导程螺旋传动的数学模型:将变导程运动的螺旋副展开并投影到二维平面上。在二维平面上,螺旋面的投影曲线y=f(x),伸出物的投影圆和曲线y=f(x)之间是点接触,在空间是线接触。伸出物上受驱动力矩M和合力R。因此,作用在螺旋副上的驱动力,通过接触线(点)传递动力和运动。所以只要螺旋槽的宽度不小于伸出物投影圆直径,自适应螺母就可以和任意变导程螺杆完成变导程螺旋传动。

Claims (5)

1、自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其特征是包括变导程螺杆、滑套、伸出物;其中滑套、伸出物装配成自适应螺母,在滑套上有圆柱形孔,伸出物插入该圆柱形孔内,并凸出滑套的内表面,自适应螺母与变导程螺杆旋合构成螺旋传动副。
2、根据权利要求1所述自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其特征是变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的导程是变化的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其特征是变导程螺杆上螺旋槽的头数既是单头的,也是多头的。
4、根据权利要求1所述的自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其特征是伸出物的数量与螺旋槽的头数相等。
5、根据权利要求1所述的自适应变导程螺旋传动机构,其特征是当驱动伸出物与滑套之间刚性联接,构成滑动摩擦螺旋副;驱动伸出物与滑套之间是转动联接,构成滚动摩擦螺旋副。
