Claims (4)
- 전기로(EAF)-정련로(AOD)-2차정련(VOD)-성분조정(LT)-턴디쉬(Tundish)-연속주조 공정을 경유하며, Cr : 5~30%, Ti : 0.1%이하, C : 200ppm 이하인 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 정련 방법에 있어서,상기 2차정련인 VOD 설비에서 VOD 탱크 외벽에 진동센서를 부착하는 단계와, 상기 진동센서로부터 출력된 주파수 중에서 특정 주파수만을 측정하는 단계와, 상기 2차정련(VOD)후 성분조정(LT) 단계시 저취교반세기를 조정하는 단계로 이루어진 탄소를 저감하기 위한 청정도 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 정련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 VOD 탱크 외벽에 진동센서 부착위치는 VOD 탱크 내 래들의 손잡이와 맞닿는 거치대와 일직선상에 놓인 탱크 외벽의 위치로부터 상, 하, 좌, 우 30cm 이내인 청정도 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 정련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 특정 주파수는 10~45㎐의 주파수 영역대인 청정도 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 정련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2차정련(VOD)후 성분조정(LT) 단계에서 상기 진동센서로부터 측정된 진동지수를 저취유량으로 보정한 저취교반세기를 30~50으로 제어하는 청정도 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 정련 방법.
