Claims (10)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지, (B) 방향족 포스페이트, (C) 불화 올레핀을 포함하는 난연 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지 83 내지 93 중량%, (B) 방향족 포스페이트 6 내지 17 중량%, (C) 불화 올레핀 0.08 내지 0.3 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지가 2가 페놀 화합물과 포스겐 또는 탄산디에스테르와의 반응에 의해 제조된 것이며 할로겐을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, (B) 방향족 포스페이트가 방향족 모노포스페이트, 방향족 디포스페이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 모노포스페이트가 할로겐이 치환되지 않은 트리아릴포스페이트 및 트리알킬-아릴포스페이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 트리아릴포스페이트가 트리페닐포스페이트, 트리크레실포스페이트, 트리자이레일포스페이트 및 트레실디페닐포스페이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 트리알킬-아릴포스페이트가 옥틸디페닐포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불화 올레핀이 불화된 폴리에틸렌 내지 유기물 또는 열가소성 수지와 결합되어진 불화된 폴리에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 불화된 폴리에틸렌이 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 수지 조성물이 활제, 열안정제, 광안정제, 적하 방지제, 안료 및 염료, 무기 충진제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 수지 조성물.
