Description
Claims (15)
- 공급 고정자 결합면, 공급 고정자 후면, 및 이들 공급 고정자 결합면과 공급 고정자 후면을 연결하는 복수 개의 포트를 포함하는 공급 고정자;공급 회전자 결합면, 공급 회전자 후면, 및 공급 고정자의 복수 개의 고정자 포트 중 어느 하나로 유체 흐름을 안내하도록 공급 회전자 결합면 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 포트를 포함하고, 공급 회전자 면에 수직인 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하며, 상기 공급 고정자에 인접한 공급 회전자;상기 공급 회전자에 맞물리고, 생성 회전자 결합면, 생성 회전자 후면, 생성물 유출구 및, 생성 고정자의 복수 개의 포트 중 어느 하나로 유체 흐름을 안내하도록 결합면 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 포트를 포함하며, 생성 회전자 면에 수직인 축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 생성 회전자;생성 고정자 결합면, 생성 고정자 후면, 및 이들 생성 고정자 결합면과 생성 고정자 후면을 연결하는 복수 개의 포트를 포함하고 생성 회전자에 인접한 생성 고정자; 그리고스프링 힘을 힘의 중심이 공급 회전자 후면과 생성 회전자 후면에 있도록 인가하도록 구성되고 상기 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자 사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링을 포함하고, 상기 스프링 힘은 밸브가 작동할 때 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자를 회전시키는 데 필요한 토크를 최소화하도록 구성되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자는 회전 중심축을 중심으로 회전하도록 구성되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 힘의 힘의 중심은 회전 중심축으로부터 0보다 큰 미리 정해진 거리를 두고 위치되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자 사이의 고정된 위치에 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링을 유지 및 배치하도록 구성된, 생성 회전자 후면 상에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 스프링 배치 특징부의 맞은편의 공급 회전자 후면 상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 스프링 배치 특징부를 더 포함하는 회전 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 스프링 배치 특징부가, 2개 이상의 압축 스프링을 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자 사이의 고정된 위치에 유지 및 배치하도록 생성 회전자 후면 상에 유사하게 구성된 2개 이상의 스프링 배치 특징부의 맞은편의 공급 회전자 후면 상에 회전 중심축을 통과하는 평면에 대해 대칭으로 배치되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 주기적인 공정 작동을 수행하는 회전 밸브로서,포트를 지닌 고정자 하우징;포트와 후면을 포함하고, 인터페이스에서 고정자 하우징과 회전 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 접촉하는 회전자;스프링 힘의 힘의 중심을 갖는, 회전자 후면과 트러스트 러너(thrust runner) 사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링; 그리고상기 트러스트 러너와 고정자 하우징 사이에 배치되는 트러스트 베어링을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링은 회전 밸브가 작동될 때 주어진 스프링 힘에 대해서 회전자를 회전시키는 데 필요한 최소 토크를 발생시키는, 힘의 중심을 갖는 스프링 힘을 회전자 후면 상에 인가하도록 구성되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 힘의 힘의 중심은 회전 중심축으로부터 0보다 큰 미리 정해진 거리를 두고 위치되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 후면 상에 적어도 하나의 스프링 배치 특징부를 더 포함하는 회전 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 거울상인 적어도 한쌍의 스프링 배치 특징부가 회전 중심축을 통과하는 평면에 대해 대칭으로 회전자 후면 상에 위치되는 것인 회전 밸브.
- 복수 개의 흡착 베드; 그리고하나 이상의 회전자를 구비하고, 상기 복수 개의 흡착 베드에 연결되며, 압력 변동 흡착(pressure swing adsorption) 공정 동안에 복수 개의 흡착 베드로 흐름을 안내하도록 구성된 회전 밸브를 포함하는 압력 변동 흡착 장치로서, 상기 회전 밸브는회전축을 중심으로 회전하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 회전자; 그리고스프링 힘에 대하여 하나 이상의 회전자를 회전시키는 데 필요한 토크의 크기를 최소화하는 스프링 힘을 하나 이상의 회전자에 인가하도록 구성된, 힘의 중심을 갖는 스프링 힘을 지닌 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링을 포함하는 것인 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 회전자는 생성 회전자와 맞물리는 공급 회전자를 포함하며, 이 공급 회전자는 공급 회전자 결합면, 공급 회전자 후면, 및 복수 개의 공급 고정자 포트 중 어느 하나로 유체 흐름을 안내하도록 공급 회전자 결합면 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 공급 회전자 포트를 포함하며,상기 공급 회전자는 상기 공급 회전자 면에 수직인 회전축을 중심으로 회전하도록 구성되고, 상기 생성 회전자는 생성 회전자 결합면, 생성 회전자 후면, 생성물 유출구, 및 상기 복수 개의 생성 고정자 포트 중 어느 하나로 유체 흐름을 안내하도록 결합면 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 생성 회전자 포트를 포함하며, 생성 회전자 면에 수직인 회전축을 중심으로 회전하도록 구성되고,상기 회전 밸브는 공급 고정자 결합면, 공급 고정자 후면, 및 이들 공급 고 정자 결합면과 공급 고정자 후면을 연결하는 복수 개의 공급 고정자 포트를 포함하는 공급 고정자; 그리고생성 고정자 결합면, 생성 고정자 후면, 및 이들 생성 고정자 결합면과 생성 고정자 후면을 연결하는 복수 개의 포트를 포함하며, 생성 회전자와 회전 가능하게 접촉하는 생성 고정자를 더 포함하고,상기 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링은 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자 사이에 배치되는 것인 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 회전 밸브는포트를 지닌 고정자 하우징;포트와 후면을 포함하고, 인터페이스에서 상기 고정자 하우징과 회전 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 접촉하는 회전자;상기 고정자 하우징과 접촉하는 트러스트 베어링;상기 트러스트 베어링과 접촉하는 트러스트 러너; 및상기 회전자 후면과 트러스트 러너 사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 압축 스프링을 포함하는 것인 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 힘의 힘의 중심은 회전 중심축으로부터 0보다 큰 미리 정해진 거리를 두고 위치되는 것인 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 생성 회전자 후면 상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 스프링 배치 특징부의 맞은편의 공급 회전자 후면 상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 스프링 배치 특징부를 더 포함하고, 이 스프링 배치 특징부는 상기 공급 회전자와 생성 회전자 사이의 고정된 위치에 압축 스프링을 유지하도록 구성되는 것인 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 회전자와 트러스트 러너 사이에 압축 스프링을 유지하도록 구성된, 상기 트러스트 러너 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 스프링 배치 특징부와 정렬되는 회전자 후면 상에 배치되는 복수 개의 스프링 배치 특징부를 더 포함하는 압력 변동 흡착 장치.
