Claims (12)
- 개인 문서(personal document)를 위한 레이어드 구조체(layered structure;40)를 제조하기 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이(transponder inlay;11)에 있어서,안테나 코일(13) 및 칩 모듈(14)을 포함하고 상기 기판 층의 접촉면(17) 상에 위치되는 트랜스폰더 유닛(15)을 배치하기 위한 기판 층(12)을 가지며,상기 칩 모듈(14)은 상기 기판 층(12)에 형성되는 윈도우 개구부(window opening;30) 내에 수용되어, 상기 칩 모듈의 칩 캐리어(chip carrier;23)의 주변 에지가 상기 윈도우 개구부(30)의 압축된 주변 쇼울더(peripheral shoulder;24) 상에 놓이도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 인래이.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칩 모듈(14)은, 상기 칩 캐리어(23)가 상기 기판 층(12)의 접촉면(17)과 기본적으로 같은 높이에 있고 상기 칩 캐리어 상에 배치되는 칩 유닛의 칩 하우징(29)이 상기 접촉면과 대향되는 상기 기판 층의 바닥 측(46)과 기본적으로 같은 높이에 있는 방식으로 상기 윈도우 개구부(30) 내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 인래이.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 안테나 코일(13)은 상기 접촉면(17) 상에 코일 패턴으로 배치되는 와이어 컨덕터(18)로부터 형성되며, 상기 와이어 컨덕터는 상기 접촉면 내에 매입됨으로써 상기 접촉면과 기본적으로 같은 높이에 있도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 인래이.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판 층(12)은 열탄성 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스폰더 인래이.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 트랜스폰더 인래이를 갖는 개인 문서를 위한 레이어드 구조체에 있어서,개인 문서들을 위한 북 바인딩 재료(book binding material)의 커버 층(42)은 상기 트랜스폰더 인래이(11)의 접촉면(17) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어드 구조체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 트랜스폰더 인래이(11) 및 상기 커버 층(42)은 접착 중간 층(47)에 의하여 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어드 구조체.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 레이어드 구조체(40)는, 불연속적으로 설계되고 트랜스폰더 페이지(37) 상에 상기 트랜스폰더 유닛(15)을 가지며 폴드 후퇴부(fold recess;38)에 의하여 상기 트랜스폰더 페이지로부터 분리되는 블랭크 페이지(39)를 갖는 기판 층(12) 및 연속적으로 설계되며 상기 기판 층에 걸쳐 확장되는 커버 층(42)을 갖는, 양면으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어드 구조체.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 레이어드 구조체(40)를 특징으로 하는 개인 문서.
- 개인 문서의 레이어드 구조체(40)를 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이(11) 제조 방법에 있어서,접촉면(17) 상에 안테나 코일(13) 및 칩 모듈(14)을 갖는 기판 층(12)이 제공되고,상기 칩 모듈(14)을 수용하고 압축되는 주변 쇼울더(24)를 갖는 윈도우 개구부(30)를 형성하기 위하여, 상기 기판 층(12) 내에 관통-개구부(through-opening;28)가 생성되고, 상기 관통-개구부의 둘레 에지는 상기 둘레 에지의 영역에서 상기 기판 층의 두께가 축소되도록 압력 및 온도 처리를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 문서의 레이어드 구조체를 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 압력 및 온도 처리는 초음파 활성화되는 스탬핑 툴(ultrasonically energized stamping tool;31)에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 문서의 레이어드 구조체를 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 스탬핑 툴(31)은 또한 동시에 상기 관통-개구부(28)를 형성하는 역할도 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 문서의 레이어드 구조체를 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 스탬핑 툴(31)은 동시에 상기 기판 층(12)의 접촉면(17)에서 상기 안테나 코일(13)을 제조하는데 사용되는 와이어 컨덕터(18)를 매입하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 문서의 레이어드 구조체를 위한 트랜스폰더 인래이 제조 방법.
