Claims (5)
- 베어링 삽입홈과 한 쌍의 브러쉬홀더 삽입홀이 형성된 제1프레임;베어링 삽입홈과 샤프트 관통홀이 형성된 제2프레임;상기 제1 및 제2프레임에 형성된 베어링 삽입홈 각각에 삽입되는 베어링;상기 제2프레임의 샤프트 관통홀을 관통하여 상기 베어링을 매개로 상기 제1 및 제2프레임에 회전가능하게 결합하는 샤프트;상기 샤프트에 결합되는 정류자;상기 샤프트를 회전시키는 고정자권선;상기 브러쉬홀더 삽입홀에 삽입되어 상기 고정자권선과 전선으로 연결되는 브러쉬홀더; 및스프링에 의해 탄성지지되는 상태로 상기 브러쉬홀더에 삽입되어 상기 정류자와 접촉되는 브러쉬를 포함하는 기중차단기의 투입스프링 차징장치에 사용되는 구동모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2프레임은 유리섬유가 부가된 플라스틱 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 투입스프링 차징장치에 사용되는 구동모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 브러쉬홀더는 사각통형상으로서 하단에 구부림작용에 의해 구부려져 개방된 하단을 막는 하부차단판을 구비하고, 외측벽에 구부림작용에 의해 구부려져 상기 전선을 연결고정하는 전선고정편을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 투입스프링 차징장치에 사용되는 구동모터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 브러쉬홀더 삽입홀의 내측면에는 걸림턱이 추가로 형성되고, 상기 브러쉬홀더의 외측벽에는 상기 걸림턱에 걸리도록 마련되는 제1걸쇠와 상기 브러쉬홀더 삽입홀의 상단에 걸리도록 마련되는 제2걸쇠가 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 투입스프링 차징장치에 사용되는 구동모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2프레임에는 구조적 강도보강을 위한 제1리브와 제2리브가 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 투입스프링 차징장치에 사용되는 구동모터.
