Claims (5)
- (a) 용융 저탄소강을 100-300 미크론 폭의 거친 오스테나이트 입자를 갖는 5 mm 두께 이하의 스트립으로 연속 주조하는 단계로서, 상기 저탄소강은 중량%로,탄소 0.02 - 0.08 중량%망간 0.30 - 0.80 중량%실리콘 0.10 - 0.40 중량%황 0.002 - 0.05 중량%알루미늄 0.01 중량% 미만의 조성을 포함하는 실리콘/망간 킬드 저탄소강인, 단계;(b) 15% 까지의 두께 감소로 주조 스트립을 열간 압연하는 단계; 및(c) 850℃와 400℃ 사이의 온도 범위에서 오스테나이트 입자를 페라이트로 변태시키고 상기 주조 스트립을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하고,(d) 상기 주조 스트립을 냉각시키는 단계는,(i) 다각형 페라이트와 베이나이트의 혼합물인 미세구조를 가지고 300-450MPa 범위의 항복강도를 가지는 냉각된 스트립을 제조하기 위해 단계 (c)의 냉각속도가 15-100℃/sec 범위에 있도록; 또는(ii) 다각형 페라이트, 베이나이트 및 마르텐사이트의 혼합물인 미세구조를 가지고 적어도 450MPa 의 항복강도를 가지는 냉각된 스트립을 제조하기 위해 단계 (c)의 냉각속도가 적어도 100℃/sec가 되도록;냉각속도를 선택함으로써 상기 주조 스트립에서 요구되는 항복 강도를 제공하도록 제어되는, 스트립 주조 공정에서 주조 강 스트립을 제조하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,단계 (a)에서 제조된 주조 스트립이 2mm 이하의 두께를 가지는, 스트립 주조 공정에서 주조 강 스트립을 제조하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,단계 (a)에서 제조된 오스테나이트 입자는 주상인, 스트립 주조 공정에서 주조 강 스트립을 제조하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,단계(a)에서 제조된 주조 스트립을 송출테이블 상에 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하고,단계 (c)는 850℃와 400℃ 사이의 온도 범위에서 오스테나이트 입자로부터의 변태를 완료하고 선택된 냉각속도를 달성하도록 상기 송출테이블 상의 스트립의 냉각을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 스트립 주조 공정에서 주조 강 스트립을 제조하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 연속 주조하는 단계는 트윈 롤 주조기로 수행되는, 스트립 주조 공정에서 주조 강 스트립을 제조하는 방법.
