Claims (5)
- 입경이 50 내지 900 nm인 초미세 탄산칼슘 5.0 내지 70 중량%, 입경이 3 내지 100㎛인 미세 탄산칼슘 10 내지 60 중량%, 탈크 1 내지 20 중량%, 윤활제 0.1 내지 720 중량%, 바인더 수지 5 내지 50 중량%를 통상의 단축, 이축 압출기를 이용하여 펠렛 형태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 탄산칼슘을 이용한 마스터배치 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 성분은 칼슘스테아레이트, 아연스테아레이트, 글리세린스테아레이트, 부틸스테아레이트, 고체 파라핀, 유동 파라핀, 밀납, 몰다 왁스, 이멀시파잉 왁스, 칸데릴라 왁스, 피이 왁스, 피피 왁스 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 탄산칼슘을 이용한 마스터배치 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 고밀폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 폴리스티렌(PS), 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌(ABS), 폴리히드록시부티레이트발러레이트(PHBV), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리부틸렌석시네이트(PBS), 폴리히드록시부티레이트(PHB), 폴리히드록시알카노에이트(PHA), 전분 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 탄산칼슘을 이용한 마스터배치 조성물
- 초미세 탄산칼슘, 미세 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 윤활제, 바인더 수지를 디스퍼션 니더에 투입하여 수분제거 및 반죽하는 1단계;상기 반죽을 익스트루더에 투입하고 펠렛을 제조하는 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 탄산칼슘을 이용한 마스터배치 조성물의 제조 방법
- 초미세 탄산칼슘, 미세 탄산칼슘, 탈크를 혼합기에 투입하고 고속 혼합 및 수분을 제거하는 1단계;윤활제, 바인더 수지를 습기 제거가 이루어진 상기 단계에의 재료에 추가로 투입한 후 고속 혼합을 하는 2단계;혼합 과정까지 완료한 재료를 반죽부(Kneading zone) 1개 이상, 역방향 스크류부(Reverse screw)가 1개 이상 장착되고, 원료 가공시 생성될 수 있는 수분 및 휘발성 물질을 배출할 수 있는 통기공(Vent hole)이 1개 이상 설치된 통상의 이축 익스트루더를 사용하여 펠렛 타입으로 제조하는 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 탄산칼슘을 이용한 마스터배치 조성물의 제조 방법
