- 바인더 수지 10중량% 내지 50 중량%와, 상용화제 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량 %와, 무기 필러 2 중량% 내지 80 중량%, 윤활제 0.3 중량% 내지 20 중량 %를 통상의 단축, 이축 압출기를 이용하여 펠렛 형태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 일반용 폴리스티렌(GPPS), 내충격성 폴리스티렌(HIPS), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌(ABS), 폴리히드록시부티레이트발러레이트(PHBV), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리부틸렌석시네이트(PBS), 폴리유산(PLA), 폴리히드록시부티레이트(PHB), 폴리히드록시알카노에이트(PHA), 전분 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상용화제는 메타크릴산, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 벤조페논, 과산화벤조일, 구연산, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 디 -삼중부틸 퍼옥사이드, 아조-비스-이소부틸로 니트릴, 삼중부틸 히드로 퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 1,3-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기필러는 탄산칼슘, 활석, 일라이트, 점토광물 및 제올라이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산칼슘은 입경이 50 내지 900 nm인 초미세 탄산칼슘 및 입경이 3 내지 100㎛인 마이크로급 미세 탄산칼슘탄 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 칼슘스테아레이트, 아연스테아레이트, 글리세린스테아레이트, 부틸스테아레이트, 고체 파라핀, 유동 파라핀, 밀납, 몰다 왁스, 이멀시파잉 왁스, 칸데릴라 왁스, 피이 왁스, 피피 왁스 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물
- 바인더 수지, 상용화제, 무기필러 및 윤활제를 디스퍼션 니더에 투입하여 수분 제거 및 반죽하는 1단계;상기 반죽을 익스트루더에 투입하고 펠렛을 제조하는 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물의 제조 방법
- 바인더 수지, 상용화제, 무기필러 및 윤활제를 혼합기에 투입하고 고속 혼합 및 수분을 제거하는 1단계;상기 혼합물을 반죽부(Kneading zone) 1개 이상, 역방향 스크류부(Reverse screw)가 1개 이상 장착되고, 원료 가공시 생성될 수 있는 수분 및 휘발성 물질을 배출할 수 있는 통기공(Vent hole)이 1개 이상 설치된 통상의 이축 익스트루더를 사용하여 펠렛 타입으로 제조하는 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 상용성을 개선시키는 상용화 첨가제 조성물의 제조 방법
