Claims (34)
- (a) 4가 원소의 이온의 하나 이상의 공급원, 알칼리금속 수산화물의 하나 이상의 공급원, 하나 이상의 유도제(directing-agent), 물 및 임의적으로는 3가 원소의 이온의 하나 이상의 공급원을 포함하는 혼합물을 제공하는 단계;(b) 160 내지 250℃의 온도를 포함하는 결정화 조건에서 72시간 미만동안 상기 혼합물을 처리하여 분자체를 포함하는 처리된 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 분자체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 혼합물이 Y:X2=10 내지 무한대, H2O:Si=1 내지 20, OH-:Si=0.001 내지 2, M+:Si=0.001 내지 2, R:Si=0.001 내지 0.34의 몰 조성을 갖고, 이때상기 Y가 4가 원소이고, 상기 X가 3가 원소이며, 상기 M이 알칼리금속이고, 상기 R이 유도제인,MCM-22계 분자체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방법이 0.001시간-1 이상의 시간당 중량 처리량(weight hourly throughput)을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시간당 중량 처리량이 0.002시간-1 이상인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 시간당 중량 처리량이 0.004시간-1 이상인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 시간당 중량 처리량이 0.008시간-1 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b)를 씨드 결정(seed crystal)의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 합성 혼합물이 상기 혼합물의 총 중량에 기초하여 0.0001 내지 20중량%의 씨드 결정 또는 그의 공급원을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b)를 165 내지 210℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 결정화 조건이 165 내지 210℃의 온도 및 48시간 미만의 결정화 시간을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b)를 170 내지 210℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 결정화 조건이 170 내지 210℃의 온도 및 24시간 미만의 결정화 시간을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b)가 혼합물을 진탕(agitation)시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,텀블링(tumbling) 및/또는 교반(stirring)에 의해 진탕시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유도제중 적어도 일부를 회수함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 유도제 회수가(a) 처리된 혼합물로부터 증기 상의 유도제중 적어도 일부를 플래시(flashing)시키는 단계; 및(b) 증기 상 유도제를 응축시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 방법이 응축된 유도제중 적어도 일부를, 분자체 제조를 위한 합성 혼합물의 성분으로서 재사용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분자체가 무수 상태를 기준으로 하기 몰 관계를 포함하는 조성을 갖는 방법:X2O3:(n)YO2상기 식에서,n은 10 내지 150이고,X는 3가 원소를 포함하고,Y는 규소를 포함한다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분자체가 MCM-22, MCM-49, MCM-56, MCM-22와 MCM-49의 혼합-상, MCM-22와 MCM-56의 혼합-상, MCM-56과 MCM-49의 혼합-상, 및 MCM-22, MCM-49 및 MCM-56의 혼합-상중 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합성 혼합물의 고체 함량(합성 혼합물의 총 중량에 기초한, 합성 혼합물중 4가 원소 산화물 및 존재하는 경우 3가 원소 산화물의 중량 백분율)이 12중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 고체 함량이 20중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 고체 함량이 30중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b)에서 제조된 분자체가 MCM-22계 물질(들)이 아닌 물질을 실질 적으로 함유하지 않는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분자체가 MCM-22계의 결정질 분자체인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 4가 원소가 규소이고, 상기 4가 원소의 이온의 공급원이 실리카인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 3가 원소가 알루미늄이고, 상기 3가 원소의 이온의 공급원이 알루미나인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 25 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 MCM-22계 분자체.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,실질적으로 표 1에 기재된 바와 같은 값을 포함하는 X-선 회절 패턴을 특징으로 하는 분자체.
- 제 26 항 또는 제 27 항에 있어서,무수 상태를 기준으로 하기 몰 관계를 포함하는 조성을 갖는 분자체:X2O3:(n)YO2상기 식에서,n은 10 내지 150이고,X는 3가 원소를 포함하고,Y는 규소를 포함한다.
- 제 26 항 내지 제 28 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,MCM-22계의 결정질 분자체인 분자체.
- (a) 전환 조건하에서, 제 23 항 내지 제 30 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 분자체 또는 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 분자체와 탄화수소 공급원료를 접촉시켜, 생성물을 생성시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 탄화수소 전환 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 공급원료가 C1-C20 탄화수소 또는 C1-C20 산소화물(oxygenate)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 31 항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 전환이 벤젠을 에틸렌으로 알킬화시켜 에틸벤젠을 생성시키는 것인 방법.
- 제 31 항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 전환이 벤젠을 프로필렌으로 알킬화시켜 큐멘을 생성시키는 것인 방법.
- 제 30 항 내지 제 33 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전환 조건이 100 내지 950℃의 온도, 101 내지 50000kPa-a의 압력 및 0.001 내지 1000시간-1의 WHSV를 포함하는 방법.
