Claims (4)
- 글리세르알데하이드-3-포스페이트 디하이드로게나제 (gapA)의 발현이 증가되어 L-쓰레오닌의 생산능이 향상된 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 글리세르알데하이드-3-포스페이트 디하이드로게나제를 코딩하는 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 재조합 벡터에 의해 형질전환된 것임을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환된 미생물은 대장균 CO01-0021 균주 (수탁번호 KCCM 10851P)인 미생물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 대장균을 배양하고, 그 배양물로부터 L-쓰레오닌을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, L-쓰레오닌을 생산하는 방법.
