Claims (10)
- 하기의 일반식 (I)에 의해 나타내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.식중, R1 및 R2는, 각각 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아랄킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기를 서로 독립적으로 나타내고;R3는 수소 원자, 직쇄, 분기, 또는 환상의 알킬기(상기 알킬기의 적어도 하나의 메틸렌기는 -O-, -S-,-CO-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-, -CH=CH-,-C≡C-, 치환 또는 무치환 알릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기로 치환하여도 되고, 상기 알킬기 중의 수소 원자는 불소 원자로 치환되어도 됨), 1환 또는 2환의 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기(상기 아릴기의 적어도 하나의 CH는 N원자로 치환되어도 됨)를 나타내고;Ar는 4환 이상의 치환 또는 무치환의 축합다환방향족기를 나타내고;n은 2 내지 10의 정수를 나타내고;복수의 풀루오렌-2, 7-디일기는 각각 치환기를 독립적으로 가지고 있어도 되고, 서로 동일하거나 달라도 된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하기의 일반식 (III)에 의해 나타내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.식중, R1 및 R2는, 각각 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아랄킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기 또는, 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기를 서로 독립적으로 나타내고;R3는 수소 원자, 직쇄, 분기, 또는 환상의 알킬기(상기 알킬기의 적어도 하나의 메틸렌기는 -O-,-S-,-CO-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-, -CH=CH-, -C≡C-, 치환 또는 무치환의 알릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기로 치환되어도 되고, 상기 알킬기 중의 수소 원자는 불소 원자로 치환되어도 됨), 1환 또는 2환의 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기(상기 아릴기의 적어도 하나의 CH는 N원자로 치환되어도 됨)를 나타내고;R4는 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아랄킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기, 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기, 치환 아미노기, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고;a는 1 내지 9의 정수를 나타내고;R4가 복수 존재하는 경우는, R4는 서로 동일해도 되거나 또는 달라도 되고;n은, 2 내지 10의 정수를 나타내고;복수 존재하는 풀루오렌-2, 7-디일기는 각각 치환기를 독립적으로 가지고 있어도 되고, 서로 동일해도 되고 또는 달라도 된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하기의 일반식 (V)에 의해 나타내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.식중, R1 및 R2는, 각각 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아랄킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기를 서로 독립적으로 나타내고;R3는 수소 원자, 직쇄, 분기 또는 환상의 알킬기(상기 알킬기의 적어도 하나의 메틸렌기는 -O-, -S-,-CO-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-, -CH=CH-,-C≡C-, 치환 또는 무치환 알릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기로 치환하여도 되고, 상기 알킬기 중의 수소 원자는 불소 원자로 치환되어도 됨), 1환 또는 2환의 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기(상기 아릴기의 적어도 하나의 CH는 N원자로 치환되어도 됨)를 나타내고;R5는 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아랄킬기, 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기, 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환기, 치환 아미노기, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고;b는 1 내지 9의 정수를 나타내고;R5가 복수 존재하는 경우는, R5가 서로 동일하거나 또는 달라도 되고;n은 2 내지 10의 정수를 나타내고;복수 존재하는 풀루오렌-2, 7-디일기는 각각 치환기를 독립적으로 가지고 있어도 되고, 서로 동일하거나 또는 달라도 된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 일반식 (I)의 n이, 2 내지 4의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 애노드 및 캐소드로 구성되는 한 쌍의 전극과 상기 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 형성된 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 층을 구비한 유기발광소자로서,상기 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 층은 제 1 항에 기재된 상기 화합물 중의 적어도 일종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 층이 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 층은, 호스트와 게스트의 적어도 2종의 화합물로 이루어지는 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 전극에 전압의 인가에 의해 발광하는 전계발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
