상기 결과를 고찰해 볼 때 6개월 후 발모의 효과에 대해서 피검자들 모두 효과가 있다고 하였고 또한 실제적인 모발수의 변화도 확실히 있음을 알수 있다. 탈모가 진행 중이거나 탈모가 많이 진행된 사람들이 상기의 발모제를 바르지않고 6개월을 지냈을 때 탈모가 점점 더 진행되고 있음을 상기의 결과를 통해서도 확실히 알 수 있는 것이다. 이 실험에서 발모가 되었다는 것은 가로 0.5㎝, 세로 0.4㎝의 직사각형내에 있는 모발의 수를 표본조사하여 사용전의 모발의 수보다 사용 후의 모발의 수가 더 많아졌다는 것을 말한다.
