Claims (10)
- 몰드의 표면에 가열된 수지를 부착하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 수지가 몰드 표면에 접촉되어 냉각 시에 고상화되도나서 그 다음에 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 레이-업이 몰드 표면에 생성된 고상화 수지 층 위에 놓일 수 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,가열된 수지를 부착하는 단계는 액화 상태의 수지를 분사하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,가열된 수지를 부착하는 단계는 파우더 또는 필름 또는 적신 천 형태 또는 열가소성 시트의 일부로서 재료를 부착하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,수지의 고상화가 용이해지도록 몰드 표면을 냉각하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,몰드 표면에서 여타 영역보다 특정 영역에 많은 수지가 부착되도록 수지를 몰드 표면 위에서 소정 패턴으로 부착함으로써 몰드 표면에 부착되는 수지 층의 두께를 다양화시키는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,부착되는 수지는 낮은 수지 온도에서 높은 점성과 요변성(thixotropy)을 가지는 유형인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,몰드 표면에 서로 다른 수지들을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,복합물 또는 접합된 금속 레이-업으로의 수지 분산을 제어하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 수지 이동 제어 수단을 수지 층에 위치하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,수지 이동 제어 수단은 수지가 레이-업을 적시기에 충분히 낮은 점성에 있을 때까지 수지의 이동을 저지하기 위하여 수지 층 위에 놓인 케블러 베일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
- 몰드 조립체의 몰드 공동 내에 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 레이-업을 위치하는 단계와,각 압력 쳄버가 탄성 변형성 쳄버 벽을 구비하고 있고 상기 쳄버 벽들이 그들 사이에 위치된 몰드 조립체와 대향되는 관계에서 위치되어 있는, 적어도 실질적으로 유체로 채워진 제1 압력 쳄버와 제2 압력 쳄버 사이에 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 레이-업과 함께 몰드 조립체를 위치하는 단계와,몰드 조립체에 그리고 그 안에 위치된 레이-업을 통해서 수지를 공급하는 단계와,상기 레이-업이 압착되고 경화되거나 성형되도록 각 압력 쳄버를 통해서 온도와 압력이 상승된 유체를 순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 또는 접합된 금속 구성 요소 제조 방법.
