Claims (18)
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 화소 전극을 갖는 액티브 매트릭스 기판으로서,상기 화소 전극에, 전극 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 전극 슬릿의 전기적 접속부는, 적어도 1개가 차광 영역 밖에 설치되고,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 절연성 기판상에, 주사선, 신호선, 스위칭 소자 및 보조 용량 배선을 구비하고, 또한 층간 절연막 및 화소 전극을 구비하며,상기 스위칭 소자는, 주사선과 신호선이 교차하는 교차부에 설치되고, 주사선에 접속된 게이트 전극과, 신호선에 접속된 소스 전극과, 화소 전극에 접속된 드레인 인출 전극을 갖고,상기 층간 절연막은, 스위칭 소자의 드레인 인출 전극과 화소 전극을 접속시키는 복수의 콘택트 홀을 갖고,상기 복수의 콘택트 홀간에 보조 용량 배선을 걸쳐 전극 슬릿이 형성된 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은, 금속 배선으로 형성되는 영역인 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은, 블랙 매트릭스로 형성되는 영역인 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은, 컬러 필터의 다색 겹침부로 형성되는 영역인 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 콘택트 홀에 접속된 화소 전극끼리가 접속되어 있지 않은 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 드레인 인출 전극이 1화소 내에 복수 존재하는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 전극 슬릿 근방의 신호선이 복수 병렬하여 배치되고, 그의 각각이 부분적으로 접속된 구조를 갖는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 전극 슬릿이 형성된 화소 전극에 인접 화소의 드레인 전위를 공급하는 수정 구조를 갖는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 액티브 매트릭스 기판을 구비한 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 액정 표시 장치는, 전극 슬릿에 의해 액정 분자의 배향 분할을 행하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 표시 매체층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하는 액티브 매트릭스 기판 및 대향 기판을 구비하고, 상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판이 표시 매체층 측에 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 화소 전극을 갖고, 상기 대향 기판이 표시 매체층 측에 화소 전극에 대향하는 공통 전극을 구비한 구조를 갖는 표시 장치로서,상기 화소 전극은 전극 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 전극 슬릿의 전기적 접속부는 적어도 1개가 차광 영역 외에 설치되며,상기 액티브 매트릭스 기판은, 절연성 기판상에, 주사선, 신호선, 스위칭 소자 및 보조 용량 배선을 구비하고, 또한 층간 절연막 및 화소 전극을 구비하며,상기 스위칭 소자는, 주사선과 신호선이 교차하는 교차부에 설치되고, 주사선에 접속된 게이트 전극과, 신호선에 접속된 소스 전극과, 화소 전극에 접속된 드레인 인출 전극을 갖고,상기 층간 절연막은, 스위칭 소자의 드레인 인출 전극과 화소 전극을 접속시키는 복수의 콘택트 홀을 갖고,상기 복수의 콘택트 홀간에 보조 용량 배선을 걸쳐 전극 슬릿이 형성된 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은 액티브 매트릭스 기판에 형성된 금속 배선으로 형성되는 영역인 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은, 액티브 매트릭스 기판 또는 대향 기판에 형성된 블랙 매트릭스로 형성되는 영역인 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 차광 영역은, 액티브 매트릭스 기판 또는 대향 기판에 형성된 컬러 필터의 다색 겹침부로 형성되는 영역인 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는, 콘택트 홀에 접속된 화소 전극끼리가 접속되어 있지 않은 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는, 드레인 인출 전극이 1화소 내에 복수 존재하는 표시 장 치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는, 전극 슬릿 근방의 신호선이 복수 병렬하여 배치되고, 그의 각각이 부분적으로 접속된 구조를 갖는 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는, 전극 슬릿이 형성된 화소 전극에 인접 화소의 드레인 전위를 공급하는 수정 구조를 갖는 표시 장치.
- 제10항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는, 전극 슬릿에 의해 액정 분자의 배향 분할을 행하는 액정 표시 장치인 표시 장치.
