Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로 장기간 또는 빈번하게 운전을 많이 하는 운전자들이 기존의 시트를 이용하여 잠시 휴식을 취하거나 시트의 기울기를 조정하여 취침을 하더라도 인체의 사지가 펴지지 않아 피로가 쉽게 가시지 않는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 운전석이나 보조자석의 시트를 앞으로 회전시키고 시트의 바닥 면을 뒷부분에 밀착시켜 일정공간을 확보하고 뒷부분의 시트의 일부 면에 슬라이딩 장치를 하여 시트의 일부 면이 일정거리 뒤로 밀려남으로 사람이 충분이 일자로 누워 숙면을 취한 뒤, 다시 운전을 할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 자동차용 시트 구조이다.

본 발명의 목적은 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로 장기간 또는 빈번하게 운전을 많이 하는 운전자들이 기존의 시트를 이용하여 잠시 휴식을 취하거나 시트의 기울기를 조정하여 취침을 하더라도, 인체의 다리나 허리가 움츠려 지고 일자로 펴지지 않아 피로가 쉽게 가시지 않는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 운전석이나 보조자석의 시트를 앞으로 회전시키고 시트의 바닥 면을 뒷부분에 밀착시켜 일정공간을 확보하고 뒷부분의 시트의 일부 면에 슬라이딩 장치를 하여 시트의 일부 면이 일정 거리 뒤로 밀려남으로 사람이 충분이 일자로 누워 숙면을 취함으로 졸음운전을 예방하고, 장기간 시트에 착석을 함으로 쉽게 피로해지는 척추장애를 예방하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
현재 사용 중인 자동차, 특히 승용차의 휴식 구조는 공간이 좁은 관계로 인체의 사지를 일자로 펴고 휴식을 취하거나 숙면을 취하여 장기간 운전으로 인한 피로와 졸음을 예방할 수 없는 구조를 가지고 있다. 그러나 본 발명은 운전석이나 보조 좌석의 시트를 앞으로 회전시키고, 시트의 바닥 면을 뒷부분에 밀착시켜 일정공간을 확보하고 뒷부분의 시트의 일부 면에 슬라이딩 장치를 하여 시트의 일부 면이 일정거리 뒤로 밀려남으로 사람이 충분이 일자로 누워 숙면을 취하도록 하였다.

상기한 바와 같이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은
자동차(20)의 앞좌석부의 하단에 설치되어 있는 시트이동 슬라이딩부(33)를 이용하여 앞좌석의 시트를 뒷좌석의 시트 방향으로 이동시킨다.
앞좌석의 등받이(30)를 등받이 회전부(31)를 작동하여 등받이부(30)를 자동차(20)의 앞부분으로 회전시킨다. 회전이 끝나면 등받이 각도 조절부(32)를 이용하여 등받이(30)를 밀어 자동차용 시트를 일자로 형성하게 한다.
뒷좌석의 일부 면을 뒤로 밀수 있도록, 뒷좌석 등받이부(40)의 일부 면을 이동할 수 있도록 이동시트 슬라이딩부(43)를 설치한다.
평상시 운전과 이동을 위해서는 자동차의 시트 구조가 이동되지 않아도 되지만, 휴식을 위해서는 앞좌석의 공간으로만 그 공간 확보가 불가능한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 인체(10)의 일부분인 다리 부분의 공간만 확보가 되더라도 충분한 휴식을 취할 공간이 확보된다.
인체(10)의 다리가 위치 할 수 있는 공간을 확보하기 위해서는 뒷좌석 등받이부(40)의 하단면의 일부(41, 이동시트부)를, 이동시트 작동레바(42) 작동시켜 슬라이딩부(43)를 뒤로 슬라이딩 시키고 그 끝 면에 설치된 이동시트부(41)을 뒤로 밀림으로 인체(10)의 다리 부분이 들어갈 수 있는 충분한 공간이 확보 될 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명을 이용하면 충분이 인체의 사지를 펼 수 있음으로 숙면을 취하거나 휴식을 취할 수 있다. 따라서 자동차의 좁은 공간에서 신체를 움츠리고 휴식을 취한다고 하여도 그 피로가 부적되는데 비해 신체를 곧게 폄으로 피로를 쉽게 회복할 수 있는 구조를 확보하게 된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 운전석이나 보조자석의 시트를 앞으로 회전시키고 시트의 바닥 면을 뒷부분에 밀착시켜 일정공간을 확보하고 뒷부분의 시트의 일부 면에 슬라이딩 장치를 하여 시트의 일부 면이 일정거리 뒤로 밀려남으로 사람이 충분이 일자로 누워 숙면이나 휴식을 취할 수 있음으로, 편안한 상태에서 휴식이나 취침을 할 수 있음으로, 졸음운전을 예방할 수 있다. 또한, 장기간 좁은 시트에 앉아 행동의 제한을 받음으로 인하여 발생되는 척추의 피로를 팔과 다리를 일자로 편 상태에서 휴식을 취할 수 있음으로 척추장애도 예방 할 수 가 있다.

  1. 자동차의 뒷좌석의 일부 공간이 뒤로 밀리도록 슬라이딩 장치를 하여 공간을 확보 할 수 있는 장치.
  2. 자동차의 뒷좌석과 앞좌석을 이용하여 충분한 휴식공간을 확보 할 수 있는 시트의 공간 확보 시트의 배열 장치.
